extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional staff
I could not sleep as room was very cold, no heating and no proper duvet. I showed to the duty manager. I booked and another hotel and told him that I moving out. He told me that he will refund the two nights to me. The atmosphere was gloomy and non responsive, careless.

Hotel einwandfrei aber … Achtung: Da dieses Hotel an dem Erdogan Palast in der nähe steht, sollten Reisende aus dem Fenster keine Fotos vom Palast machen. Das hat meine Mutter gemacht und schwups war die Polizei im Hotel und wollte wissen wer die Kundschaft war. Zum Glück waren wir zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen gewesen.

Akşam geç saatte girdik hızlıca odamıza geçebildik, lobideki arkadaş güleryüzlüydü. Sabah kahvaltı 7 de başlıyor erkenden kahvaltı yapabildik , kahvaltı açık büfe yazıyor ama 2-3 peynir çeşidi zeytin kutu bal tereyağ ve açık büfe de sosis sigara böreği vardı içecek çay veya litrelik kutularda meyve suyu vardı. Yataklar rahat sayılır yorgan yataga göre küçüktü. Konumu çok iyi millet kütüphanesi karşısında hemen her yere yakın
