Welcome to your eccentric and whimsical getaway just steps from The Diag, all that Liberty street and Nickels Arcade have to offer, and so much more! This space is 500 square feet of color, whimsy and fun! Your living room turns into your luxurious queen bedroom with a custom made Murphy bed. Your full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, although with practically any type of cuisine right outside your front door you may never want to cook! This small space packs a powerful punch!

This space has all the eccentricity and color you could hope for... meant to inspire whimsy and spark delight! This space is perfect for 1 or 2 people, with queen sized Murphy bed that pulls down over the over sized couch! Enjoy your own full bathroom and Kitchen as well! Listen to some vinyl while you enjoy your morning coffee! You will enjoy plenty of storage space as well! With a plethora of restaurants just a few steps from your front door, this is the perfect crash pad for your downtown adventure!

Important to note: We do not offer WiFi at this space, however, there are many businesses nearby that offer free WiFi.

You will have the entire studio to yourself! It is just above Ding Tea!

Please note there is no designated parking for this space! There is always street parking close by and a few parking garages as well! Please factor in any parking charges when booking! The space is also within walking distance of anything you could need (restaurants, walgreens, shopping, public transport, uber, etc...).

We are very close by should you need anything! Just message or call!

Your space couldn't be more perfectly located! You are just steps from all the restaurants and entertainment that Downtown AA has to offer. Walk to any Central Campus location from your front door. While this space does NOT offer free parking, you can find street parking and overnight lots close by!

You are just a short Uber ride from the Big house and North Campus. Uber, lyft and public transport are there whenever you need!

We have always held a high standard for our cleanings. However, for the safety of our guests, we have insured that all of our cleaners have taken extra precautions in their cleanings. This includes (but is not limited to):

3. Leaving an appropriate amount of time between stays.

Perfect Urban Stay
GREAT location. But be aware you are in the heart of the energy of downtown Ann Arbor. There is street noise but if you’re used to an urban atmosphere, it’s like home. If not, the lovely hosts provide a white noise machine and ear buds. I arrived on a Saturday and miraculously found a spot right across the street. Parked for the weekend and walked everywhere. The decor was amazing.. warm and welcoming . Incredibly comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Cute little kitchenette for coffee or to warm your leftovers because there is no need to cook given the proximity to all of the cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a 2-4 day stay. No TV… didn’t need it as we enjoyed what the city had to offer. But once there, was comfortable enough to just relax in the cozy chairs, read my book or listen to records on the provided record player. My PhD student (the reason for my visit) said it would be the perfect studio apartment. This will be my first choice the next time I visit!

Cute, well-appointed spot close to everything in downtown A2
The space is very cozy and clean, with an individual touch (more and more rare these days). Checkin was easy, and the apartment is easy walking distance to all downtown attractions, especially dining & shopping. I was a little disappointed that a neighboring tenant played techno fairly loud from 6am-checkout, so sleeping wasn’t the best.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the property manager was great. We enjoyed the location and the eclectic style of the apartment. The parking garage close was reasonable as well. It is $1.50/hour so $36 a day.

This loft was a great fit for an adult night out. We live in the area and stayed in the city overnight. The location is fantastic for walking and grabbing dinner. The loft is uniquely decorated and sleeps very comfortably. Recommended!

Beautiful and well decorated studio with kitchenette
This little place packs everything you need for your stay into a studio apartment. The kitchenette was perfect for heating up leftovers or having an easy breakfast. The Murphy bed is very tall but so comfortable. The linens are so soft! The bathroom was really clean and had a lot of nice natural light during the day. This is the best decorated rental I’ve ever stayed in. So cozy and welcoming. The hosts were very communicative and allowed me to bring my toddler last minute. Can’t say enough good things about this rental!

Very satisfying stay in Ann Arbor! Communications with host were informative from the get go. The space was aesthetically pleasing, cozy and comfortable. The location is in the heart of Ann Arbor. I was visiting my student, so perfect for shopping and dining! I enjoy an upbeat location, so I didn’t mind the vibrant atmosphere at night. The host provides a white noise machine and ear plugs if you need quiet. I would definitely stay her again!

Excellent weekend getaway
Had a wonderful time here for a quick weekend getaway! Super clean, very comfy and cozy, and a large bathroom & kitchenette. It got a bit loud at night since it’s right near the diag/college life, but it was nothing a little white noise didn’t easily solve. Only suggestion would be to possibly add a tv of some sort? That was the only thing we really felt was missing, but we would absolutely still stay here again!

I was in an Ann Arbor for a conference at UMich and this apartment worked out wonderfully. The location is great and I very much appreciated the record player with a Dean Martin LP. I didn't get to use the kitchen due but I imagine it coming in very handy on a longer stay.

Lovely little apartment
My daughter and myself went to check out University of Michigan. Wonderful location! Main door to enter was kinda hard to get unlocked and really heavy. Apartment was adorably decorated. Bathroom was clean, however, it would benefit from a good dusting. Owners are accurate about the noice outside. Could have been great to have those ear plugs they said were there but the sound machine did an okay job. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Adorable!
This property is located in the Heart of Ann Arbor and easily walkable to anywhere in Ann Arbor. The bed is super comfortable, not to soft, not to hard. The place is extremely clean and has a wonderful boho vibe. I hope to be able to stay here again!

I'll start with the positives....Great location and close to campus and restaurants. The place was actually larger than we had expected. The downside to the location is that it is VERY noisy. I mean, you won't sleep much. I realize this isn't entirely the fault of the owner, but a fan or noise machine may not be a bad idea since you'll have drunk college students outside every night. For the price, I'll probably stay further out at a hotel next time and spend the saved money on ubers. Just my 2 cents.....nothing against the unit, but just not for me personally.
