Would stay here again.
This was a good value for the price. Conveniently located off I-94 and close to University of Michigan campus. Front desk staff was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and Breakfast had a lot of options, both hot and cold. Minor cosmetic updates might have earned a higher score, but overall this was a great stay for what we needed.

Very accommodating when are hotel bookings at another hotel (Extended Stay America Suites) were given away before we arrived. Bookings were confirmed with credit card. Comfort Inn staff was fantastic helping us book at their Hotel.

Our room was very dated. The sheets had a doggy smell to them. Included breakfast was not bad, given what we paid for the room. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff was friendly, and efficient. The breakfast was fresh and adequate. Room was clean but door to bathroom was warped and almost impossible to close. No towel racks in bathroom or by the sink. Our room cooled adequately but the rest of the hotel seemed very warm. Stayed in other Comfort Inns before; this one wasn't quite as nice at those. We just needed a bed for the night so hotel was sufficent. We wouldn't have wanted to stay for a long time.

We stayed for several days. The beds were comfortable, but the room was small, in poor maintenance, and some areas were dirty. Some people at the front desk were friendly and some were almost rude. There is no daily housekeeping. I tried to call early on our 3rd day to request house keeping replace towels, empty garbage and restock tp and was told I had to ask for that the night before.

I recently stayed at Comfort inn and Suites and had a really disappointing experience. The first thing I noticed was the terrible smell in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the TV remote control didn't work, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the staff members were not friendly or accommodating at all. Overall, I had a really bad experience and would not recommend staying here.

It was very quiet and clean. Great breakfast both mornings. The hot tub wasn’t working while we were there but other than that it was a nice stay.
