I'll start by saying I wouldn't stay in this facility again. I will also say that I don't know the area, so I can't compare it to anything. I chose this hotel because I was looking for lodging with a full kitchen, I wanted to save money on my trip by cooking instead of eating out. When I arrived to check in, the couple ahead of me had some kind of trouble with their key which took a long time to resolve, It probably took 20 minutes to check in. There are two elevators but one was broken and the other took several minutes to climb three floors, so I used the stairs mostly while there. Parking lot was large, I was aware of the parking fee. The hotels idea of a "full kitchen" is a microwave and a 2 burner stovetop. 2 forks and 3 butter knives. I was not impressed with that. The bathroom exhaust fan didnt work and there's mold growing on the wallpaper and the shower. The faucet was loose and got water all over the counter. It was obvious to me that at some point they updated the facility but paid a lazy contractor- the tile floor was nice but was poorly installed, the fixtures were newer but again poorly installed. For the price I was disappointed, if I thought I could get my money back I would have left but I opted not to pay the upcharge for cancellation or travel insurance. So it is what it is but I would not recommend the facility nor would I stay there again.

This is our little hideaway! We love to go here just to get away from home sometimes. We always get the suite jsut incase we want to have company over or just to have a little extra space! We love the pool table and the lobby especially during the holidays, it's so beautiful! Breakfast options are pretty good and the front desk service is always great! We were charged for parking.

When I made this reservation through Expedia it was unclear whether I was getting a room with two queen beds or one king bed. I followed up with a call to the hotel and specified that I would need a room with 2 Queens, and received that assurance. We checked in to the hotel about 11:00-11:30 the night of September 19th. The two women at the desk were the most stone-faced individuals I have ever encountered at the front desk of any lodging, and were as minimally responsive to questions as they could possibly manage. We were dourly informed that there would be a $50 surcharge added to my credit card in case of damage to the room by pets, which would supposedly be refunded once the room had been inspected after our departure. (We didn't have any pets.) I was then asked if we were going to be using the hotel's parking lot. When I responded in the affirmative, she informed me that we would be charged something in excess of $10 per day for that privilege. When I asked where else we COULD park, she simply shrugged without even looking at me. When we got to our room, sure enough, it had one king-size bed rather than 2 queens. We trudged back downstairs with our luggage to request the room that I was assured would be reserved for us. The woman sighed with an irritated look on her face, and went to work clacking on her computer keyboard for about 5 minutes, never saying a word to me. At the end of the process she silently pushed a new keycard across the countertop.

This Hampton Inn had older and dirtier carpeting. We had what appeared to be blood stain on bathtub. It was difficult to control the temperature in room. The breakfast was well stocked for a highly occupied hotel. This property would be considered just average
