Decorated for a comfortable stay, from the moment you walk inside, you will feel at home. Featuring hardwood flooring, central air-conditioning, and plush furnishings - settle down on the living room's sofa and stream your favorite show. When you aren't dining out at one of the fun Annapolis eateries, the well-equipped kitchen boasts all of the necessities needed to prepare delicious dishes. Keeping chore time at bay, a dishwasher is also available for your use.

Upstairs, the bedrooms ensure a good night's rest. Both of the bedrooms are ensuite with sizable bathrooms, complete with dual sinks and walk-in showers. Personal TVs in both bedrooms make streaming effortless for everyone! A private washer/dryer and round out the home's interior amenities.

Historic downtown Annapolis, the Naval Academy and City Dock are waiting to be explored from Plebe's Paradise! Just yards from the USNA main entrance in one direction and St. John's college in the other. Historic buildings, right around the corner, are home to unique local shops and George Washington's favorite watering holes. Even the Navy-Marine Corps stadium is just a short 15 minute walk.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

There is no street parking. Parking is available in the parking garage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
