We stayed in no window double room. Everything was beautiful and clean. Quiet room. Terase. Comfortable bed and pillows. They are thinking about eco friendliness. Slippers,fridge,big mirror,tv,free wifi,teapod,a safe. Bad is that there is no window ,so the air smels like mild dust, but there is conditioner,that you can turn on. Poor breakfest- croissant and tea and coffee. Overall good stay.

The staff is beyond good, very helpful, polite. the rooms were good size for three adults, clean and very tidy. it was very central and easy to travel, the tram buses were the best way to travel.

Located right across from Hadrian’s Gate on the edge of the old city and right on the tram network. We took one of the penthouse rooms with a patio overlooking the old city. Amazing views day and night especially early morning and sunset. The hotel is clean and well managed. The beds were very comfortable.

Stay was good but could hear people next door coughing all night. Room was great but as it was warm we got afternoon sun and it took forever for air conditioning to work. We think hotel was good but staff need training in hospitality and less time smoking on verandah. Please note breakfast is only croissant and small bread roll with butter jam and Nutella as well as tea and coffee

The hotel is nicely located in the city center within walking distamce to important landmarks. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is that some rooms arent soundproof, so at night you can hear whats going on in the hallway.

Only reason I marked property as poor- ‘Bed side cabinet is heavy and unbalanced. When you open the draw cabinet, it falls forward’ This is caused trauma to my daughters foot(could have been worse). Staff notified. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Such an amazing hotel! This one is arguably the best city hotel we have visited ever. Our room had picturesque view on the Old Town and sea. Furniture is quite new, everything is clean, we even had coffee machine in our room. Very polite English-speaking staff. However, breakfast included was not as good as the whole hotel - only one little bun and a croissant with some Nutella. This could be really improved. Overall - highly recommended hotel, maybe we return here in the future.

Staff are polite but not the usual hospitality trained staff. Smoking cigarettes while serving the breakfast packets, one guy had a cigarette behind his ear! Pillows were cheap foam, bed cover was cheap foam and the curtains in our room 307 were narrower than the window. Woke up with sunrise! Breakfast is a paper bag with 1 not bad croissant, 1 mini baguette and a small packs of jam, butter and cheese spread. Nothing else. Coffee was terrible from a machine, water is from a dispenser not sure whether it’s tap water or clean water. The pictures showing the sea is a tremendous cheat, you can’t see the water for miles! Expedia should verify
