Great resort
This is a great place the food is really good customer service is really good. Shows are really good. Pools are clean and nice. Just a couple of points they should add more staff for service you have to wait until someone is available and it is takes long they are working hard but short staff I believe

Our stay at Hotel Swandor was disappointing. The baby pool was often dirty, and one day we even saw a baby poop in the water. Unfortunately, no one cleaned the pool or evacuated it. The food variety was acceptable, but some days the salads and vegetables were not fresh. Both my son and I got sick with vomiting and diarrhea, which the doctor attributed to a viral illness likely contracted from the hotel. We spent the last two days in our room recovering. Additionally, the route to the slide was slippery, and finding a bed by the pool was nearly impossible due to towels being reserved from as early as 7:00 am.

Great hotel, lots to do, restaurants have big variety of food with live cooking stations. Big pools, kids pool is covered for shade which is great for kids. Aqua park has some excellent slides for young and old folk. Room was good size, with a free mini bar that is stocked daily, cleaners clean daily and change towels, very efficient.

The property at best is 3 Star, the bathrooms are below average and maintained in poor condition. Our bathroom shower drain was so bad that you are practically taking a shower in a puddle. I reported that the bathroom exhaust do not work and all they did was give me some perfume. Food was average quality, mostly seems frozen items being cooked. I have eaten better quality turkish food in london from normal turkish food shops then what they served in the hotel. Twice the lifts were broken, once in the night a person got stuck and was beating the lift for someone to come and help. We were told that we have 1 ala carte restaurant available as part of all inclusive deal, but when we tried to book, they had no booking for atleast a week, our stay was 5 nights so we could not book, same situation was to book gazebo, which were practically empty but when you try to book, they are apparently booked. The staff at the pool, were not bothered to even listen if you ask them to get a drink, they would just go pass you, as if you dont exist. i do not know how this hotel is marketed as 5 Star, this is mis-leading and expedia should not market this as 5 star.

Property was pretty, large dining hall and large selection of food 3 times a day. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, hardly could get staff to help you, had to get up and flag someone down or just go to bars to get drink service yourself, property is large so when requesting more towels, or items from room service it takes a long time to get to you. AUGUST WAS BRUTALLY HOT!! I would recommend staying away. Even at 10pm it was in the 90’s and humid. The water (mediteranean) was warm too so not much reliefe at the beach. So many people in pool it gets hot as well so you end up staying in the hotel or having to drive really far to do indoor shopping. Would not go again in summer

Will recommend. The staff is excellent, cleaning superb, restaurant service amazing. Food wise a bit of a lift on cooked vegetable variety would be welcome. Beach and room towels could be replaced to match all the rest of the hotel quality. Great holiday place, beautifully and tastefully outfitted at every turn. Great entertainment.

It was a wonderful experience. Overall, the food was really nice and the safety was amazing! But to improve, there should be more options for vegetarians and we requested the rooms close, but they’re really far away from each other as we are a family. Next time keep it all together instead of all far apart from the reception out of 10, I was rated to 7.6!

Second time visiting Antalya with 2 children under 10. Lovely resort, clean, rooms well kept, free mini bar, food and restaurants outstanding food and variety. I would recommend this hotel if you want to relax, kids play and meet new friends, we hardly saw ours between the water slides, pool and pool table with independence to get their own drinks. Very safe for kids and they felt they could move between the 3 areas together. Staff friendly! You need to get up early to get a decent spot at pool (6am)! No one removes towels if they have been there all day! Annoying! But plenty of spots on beach and jetty if needed. We didn’t go out of the hotel as we needed the down time. We had plenty going on in the hotel, we did parasailing which was fantastic with the kids. There are jet skis and boat trips as well. Kids club was good for kids to get a break from the heat - substantial soft play for kids under 12 to run about in. They serve lunch there too so kids can stay. Entertainment was the best we’ve ever seen in a hotel anywhere in the world. Turkish illusionists from Istanbul - better than Penn and Teller, seriously! Great Circus show, foam party but best bit was a guy in the pool putting on a rocket show, won’t say anymore but awesome! All round top notch hotel, would have wanted more than the 9 days. But it perfectly served its purpose! Thanks Swandor

Amazing place. Lots of food options and drinks 24/7 you won’t believe it unless you stay there. My son was unwell on the first night they had an on site nurse and sent a private car to go to the hospital. They followed up and offered food to the room for no extra charge. Room was tided everyday. The kids club was amazing. All the staff throughout our stay was amazing and polite and interacted with us politely and helpful. They actually looked like they enjoyed their job. Amazing place you won’t regret going their.11/10 if it was possible.
