Finca las Chozas Antequera - La Joya by Ruralidays

At about 3 km distance of the small village La Joya you find this old farm that nowadays serves as a holiday home. The farm is located on a plot of about 10.000 m² and it is surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation typical of Andalusia. It is a wonderful place to relax while hearing the chirping of birds on the background.

The rest and tranquility of this holiday home are the most important characteristics. In addition to this, from the terrace you have a great view over the landscape of the province of Malaga, such as the mountains of Malaga, the Sierra Nevada and even the Mediterranean Sea, on extremely clear days.

The farm is renovated with preservation of architectonic elements like wooden beams, terracotta floors and wrought iron. The combination of traditional construction with more modern elements gives the house a friendly and warm feeling.

The holiday home is equipped for 4 people and there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. Every room is provided with its own bathroom, one with shower, the other with bathtub. The living room is situated between the two bedrooms. Furthermore, there is an independent kitchen, fireplace, dishwasher and heating through gasoil radiators. Outside you will find a terrace, a barbecue and a private pool with deckchairs.

The farm and its rural environment offer a great possibility of relaxation after visiting one of the villages or cities of Andalusia.
