Nicest Hotel in Antigo! Never an issue with checking in, out or the stay. Only issue was our room was on the 2nd floor and could hear the 3rd floor walking. Basic breakfast but was good.

The pool area lacked a proper ventilation system. It got very chlorinated with all the kids in the pool to the point where the kids were coughing uncontrollably. But overall it was a nice stay.

The property is in process of remodeling. I was not aware the pool area was not working. I was extremely disappointed with that. Also, the coffee machine did not work in the room. Other than these two issues, the room was VERY nice. Clean and smelled clean. I will come here again.

Clean/quiet but pool area under construction
Service was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. It was frustrating the pool and hot tub were out of commission. You mention those amenities when we book and we should be notified when they are not available. Advertising amenities that are not available is dishonest. I was never told until my friends and i were suited up and ready to go in there.

It's the best hotel in Antigo, WI. They're remodeling right now, which is sort of an inconvenience, but when it's done, it's going to be even more amazing.
