Clean facility with spacey rooms and comfortable beds. The air conditioning system is noisy and the rooms also can be a little noisy impacting your rest. The personnal in the dinning area is very kind, but the rest of the staff could be negligent to your requests.

The hotel is nice and well kept, however the service especially at breakfast could be improved. The staff regularly ignores you and are always chatting among them. On more than two occasions I had to call them so they can give me coffee. The area around the hotel is nice, safe. The hotel does not have an ATM or shop. They send you across the street to SantaFe mall. Breakfast could have more options. The suite was ok, nothing outstanding.

The room needs maintenance the AC didn't work properly the refrigerator was also clunky and the room was not clean there was hair on the floor and chewing them under the night table. Some of the staff felt so snob that we felt mistreated. Supposedly Medellín is the capital of the nice speedling Colombia and the stuff a this hotel did not meets those expectations
