The only Con is the cleaning time. They clean the room every 4days which is ok but you have to be gone during the cleaning time 10am-4pm. They do provide clean towels every day though. Nice staff and clean room. A little smaller room than Art Hotel cross the street but it’s definitely newer than them.

I book this hotel only because I had to catch the train very early the next day. But I had to catch the next train because I couldn’t get the breakfast 15 mins earlier nor to go. If I had known it would be a problem to have the breakfast a bit earlier or cannot take it away, I would have booked a cheaper hotel and further from the station. The reason for not letting me pack the breakfast to go is absurd. Anyone can get food poisoning from just eating packaged meals anywhere. Too inflexible and almost ruined my whole day’s plan.

Clean, easy check in process. Front desk staff were a great help when I tried to do my laundry, despite the language barrier (seriously thank you so much). Hotel let me keep my bag there all morning before check in so I could explore the city and Hirosaki Castle. Breakfast buffet was good. Love the apple juice 10/10.

Clean and comfortable business hotel. Bento breakfast and coffee. Free parking on site. Convenient location next to Hirosaki train station although a bit of a walk to the historic district/castle. Pajamas provided!
