Blue Water Beach House! Amazing Beach, sleeps 20!

Lake front cottage located right in between downtown Port Sanilac and Lexington. Completely remodeled interiors, sleeps up to 20 with gorgeous views of Lake Huron! The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking necessities to cook and enjoy a meal with your friends and family. Enjoy the shaded yard to keep cool from the hot summer sun, head down to the beach to work on your tan, warm up on those chilly nights with the newly installed hot tub!

You will need a car to get around

-Dogs are allowed. Please get permission first before you rent. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 6 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
-Please stay on the rental property and do not venture into neighbors yards. It is a driveway across the street, not a road.
