O hotel realmente parece cinco estrelas, mas somente até entrar no quarto. Quarto antigo, fechadura enferrujada, cama com lençóis sem edredom, televisão minúscula, o espelho do banheiro possui uma moldura que estava imunda de poeira, não havia limpeza ali há semanas, a porta da varanda de difícil abertura de tão velha. Não vale o valor que cobram. Apesar disso, os funcionários são gentis e simpáticos e o café da manhã é bom.

Estadia top em Aruana.
Gostei muito da arauana eco praia. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Piscina muito boa, os restaurantes de praia e para jantar sao muito bons. O cafe da manha super completo tbm. O quarto muito bom. Achei o banheiro relativamente pequeno mas era muit bom tbm. A localização e privilegiada.

Falta de respeito com o hóspede!
Logo na chegada o quarto estava com a TV e o cofre quebrados. Faltaram copo e toca de banho. Não limparam o quarto no primeiro. E o pior foi a falta de privacidade, o funcionário do hotel entrou no quarto sem bater. Simplesmente colocou a chave mestra e entrou! Isso é 1 falta de treinamento e 1 afronta à privacidade do hóspede. Matamos mais de 6 muriçocas/mosquitos no quarto! Uma pena, pois esse hotel é caro e me foi muito bem remendado. Café da manhã muito bom!
