Tive problemas com o funcionario da madrugada. Foi extremamente insolente e abusado. 2 vezes seguida me abordando de forma inconveniente como se eu não fosse hospede. Nunca tive esse tipo de problema na rede ibis. Espero que esse funcionário melhore profissionalmente.

Deixam a temperatura muito gelada e quando muda no quarto, fica vertendo água por tudo. O quarto fica encharcado e dá uma sensação ruim. Deveriam deixar todos os apartamentos na temperatura de 23° Acho que resolveria o problema.
