A pousada é muito bem localizada (próxima à Passarela do Caranguejo) e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e cordiais. Existem apenas 03 vagas de estacionamento - mesmo assim externamente. Apesar da falta de comodidade, isso não chega a ser um problema grave porque não há grande dificuldade para se estacionar na rua. A limpeza dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar, especialmente nos pisos e nas varandas. No meu quarto, em particular, a tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta e o ar condicionado deixou de funcionar. O pior foi o café da manhã que se ENCERRA às 9:00 horas e isso, sem qualquer aviso direto do hotel.

Qualidade do quarto ok,porém o cheiro do ambiente externo tinha cheiro de urina.o Café da manhã é péssimo,pior experiência de café da manhã que já tive em hotel.Os pães estavam velhos,bolos velhos e não tinha funcionário no local do café da manhã!A única coisa que foi positiva n o hotel foram as instalações do quarto!

Ótima estadia! Atendimento bom, os recepcionistas foram atenciosos e prestativos. Apartamento aconchegante, com ótima estrutura de móveis. O café da manhã merece destaque, é incrível! Variado, farto e delicioso. A área da piscina é bem privativa, estrutura boa. Um porém é a atenção aos detalhes na limpeza do banheiro, como vidros do box e nichos com resquício de sabão, ralo da pia com limo. Outro é a manutenção do ar condicionado e chuveiro. Esses pontos nos fizeram trocar de quarto no primeiro dia, e a resolução foi simples e tranquila, graças aos funcionários. Voltaria com certeza.

Localização, limpeza, condições gerais do quarto, tamanho, chuveiro, tudo excelente. A única coisa que deixou a desejar é que o ar condicionado não consegue fazer frente ao calor intenso. Apenas já noite adentro é que a temperatura do quarto começa a ficar agradável. Talvez seja por conta da posição em que o aparelho foi instalado, sobre a porta, no corredor de entrada do quarto, longe da cama e da janela.

Pousada é boa, bem localizada. O serviço de quarto é a cada dois dias e precisa ser solicitado. Pontos positivos: Quarto limpo, com roupa de cama cheirosa; colchão e travesseiro confortáveis; hotel próximo à praia e a comércios bons; banheiro espaçoso Pontos negativos: Wi-Fi indisponível por 2 dias; não servem água no café da manhã; sabor de suco no café era repetitivo; pedido de tapioca é demorado e veio crua e com pouco recheio.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. A propriedade é bonita e bem decorada. Funcionários gentis e educados. Porém falta coisas simples é imprescindível para atender os hóspedes. O salão de café é bem pequeno. O quarto não possui armário para roupas. Possui um cabideiro com apenas três cabides. Temos que deixar as roupas na mala. Não oferecem toalhas de rosto. Nunca vi isso . Não tem lençol para cobrir. Temos que cobrir com a colcha. Tem apenas um secador de cabelo para toda a pousada, podemos pegar e usar por uma hora. Não tem um copo de vidro . Oferecem um copo bem pequeno descartável. Pedimos um saca rolhas para abrir uma garrafa de vinho e nao tinha na pousada. Pedimos um copo de vidro e não fomos atendidos. O quarto não tem interfone.

As acomodações são simples. O refeitório onde é servido o café da manhã é bem pequeno. O café da manhã também é bem simples. A internet atende perfeitamente. Considero a localização muito boa, vez que está a uma quadra da avenida da orla onde tem ótimos restaurantes. O restaurante BALI, que está bem próximo da pousada, é muito bom.
