My stay started horrific because you at Hotels.com did not send through my reservation that was made many weeks in advance and prepaid. At my time of arrival they were booked solid and your customer service rep did nothing to help me but offer a refund. I was stuck there due to my vehicle breaking down and sent to the shop and all he wanted to do was continue to verify my personal information 15 times instead of a remedy to the problem. Luckily the young lady at the hotel was amazing and was able to find a cancellation and get me a room after quite some time. You people caused me to lose 2 hours time and almost late to my event.

We rented the suite that had two queen beds and one king bed in an additional room. It is directly across the street from the casino, and was perfect for our girls weekend. The hotel was clean and had a complementary breakfast in the morning.

Reserved because less expensive than the Winstar casino hotels and we were attending a concert at Winstar. The room was large and seemed clean. The bed was hard. The toilet ran all night and would not flush a couple of times. The fire alarm woke us up, then went off. When I tried to call the front desk on the landline to inquire about the alarm, there was no dial tone. The elevator popped, creaked, and groaned every time we used it. “Breakfast” was two kinds of cold cereal, cold, packaged, sugary pastries, and coffee. The coffee provided in the room was weak and tasteless. Not as expensive as Winstar, but not worth what we paid.

The breakfast area needs a lot of revamping. The microwave was dirty and needed to be sanitized, the toaster didn’t toast, they need a new one as a microwave. The hotel had a smell of smoke even though it states it’s a smoke free hotel. The breakfast was not healthy at all, no fruits, yogurt and other healthy snacks.

The room was awesome clean, no issues with that. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was 2 cereal choices, and then bread choices. No eggs, meat, just no hot options for breakfast. They did have a waffle maker but that was it. So the breakfast portion was terrible.

Let’s start with a cockroach in the bathroom. The property is old and VERY dirty. The room carpet smells bad too… One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Staff is rude. Traveling with a medical alert dog and I was asked for my personal documents that certifies him and they even keep a copy of them.
