A stone's throw away from the main train station in Arezzo, very convenient for foot travelers. The property is in close walking distance to many pretty sights in this lovely town with a lot of art, and with an interesting musical heritage. Thank you Ettore for all your help - he even packaged a special plate of bread for me the night before my departure because I had to take a super-early train!

The reception usually closes at 7.00 p.m. Our train did not get there until 8.00 p.m. and they kept reception open for us. The only negative we have is that we did not receive clear instructions on the location. There are two exits to the train station. It would help to know which one to take. While I had a street and number, very few buildings have numbers. Even though we asked for directions several times, we were sent the wrong direction three times, before we finally found it. In the dark it is really difficult to find.

Once you get past the sulfurous odor of the building's ground floor and not knowing whether the slow-moving elevator is actually operating, the property is fine. Rooms are well-managed and clean. Breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. Management is helpful and pleasant.

A stones throw from the train station! Don’t expect an impressive frontage. There is none! Just remember the street number! Lift up to 6th floor and magic begins. Elena wonderful host. Nothing too much trouble. Kind, generous and thoughtful to our needs. Large comfortable breezy terrace amid flowers and plants and use the adjacent kitchen if you want! Double Room immaculate and air con. Memorable short stay.

We blindly selected CameraCaffè because it was located conveniently only 1/2 block from the train station. So we were doubly delighted to discover that it was so clean and our hosts so friendly and helpful. The incredible view from their rooftop patio was an added bonus.

The building had a residual odor. The shower was much too small! I had to squeeze into it and I’m not all that big. There was no safe in the room. Over all, the rating on hotels.com was way overstated. No more than a high one or low rwo. The manager was very friendly as was the staff at breakfast. Overall

Train station within 5 min walk ,location to centre excellant, good breakfast , bath great after long day out , access to fridge and hot beverages ,great roof terrace with great view of the city, big bedroom and bathroom Staff are excellent, and very welcoming No aircon and room a little warm not able to open window as view was of back of the building not pleasant ,this was the only negative

Small hotel really close to the station
This small hotel occupies the 5th and 6 th floor of an apartment block just one minutes walk from the station , on the left hand side of the Via Guido Monaco as you leave the station. Avis is on the corner and it’s a few doors up, before the supermarket. This detail is given as we walked past it as there is no big hotel sign. We rang the bell and Elena welcomed us in. At reception she told and showed us the facilities, the small dining room , where you choose you buffet breakfast and the terrace where you could eat it. There is s fridge there so you can buy food and drink and keep it fresh. The Air conditioned room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There are no frills but a great venue for a few nights stay to explore this really ancient and quite lovely Italian city. Elena recommended things to do and a great local restaurant to eat at. Many thanks.

Nice hotel close to the train terminal.
The hotel was recommended by my sister as they've stayed there a few times. Location was a short walk from the train station - we missed at first as the name was not quite visible. The room was clean and big. Breakfast was good. Elena and staff were great.

Be careful with booking here.
Hotel is on 6th floor, small slow lift. Paid for room with en-suite but was offered room with shared facilities. Did not accept and finally got room that was booked.
