Fantastic home in a very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Spacious, beautifully decorated, great beds plenty of linens and towels. Nicely appointed kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Fenced backyard is a plus as well as dog friendly.

Well appointed, VERY clean, and comfortable. For us, a good location. The neighborhood feels totally safe. If you’re into walking, it’s not great—you have to do loops. Not a good backyard for kids, but they provided a nice selection of inside games and scooters for the sidewalks. Would book again with no hesitation.

Troy's place was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages 6 and 8). Well appointed, very clean (this is a BIG one for me). We had no problems checking in. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen had every tool we needed. I loved walking in and seeing/smelling an oil diffuser - the little touches were great! Troy was a wonderful host and went out of his way to help us out with something that was completely my oversight, not his. Highly recommend this VRBO. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Troy and his home are absolutely wonderful. This was the most well decorated and stocked rental home we've ever stayed. Keurig, blender, spice rack, tea kettle, anything you could possibly need to cook. Backyard has a beautiful view and privacy. The property is as advertised - new, clean and spacious. In fact it looks like a model home.
We were in Denton for my niece’s wedding and the house perfectly accommodated my husband and I as well as our 3 grown sons/significant others. Lovely house with lovely furnishings. Only constructive feedback - the living room chairs aren’t very comfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect. Communication with our host Troy was through the VRBO app which for the most part was fine. I would have preferred to exchange text messages because it is more convenient than having to open the app to communicate. We would definitely choose this property again. Thanks Troy!
