Very peaceful
Francis does not speak any English, however she is very easy to communicate with if you have even only a smattering of Spanish. She is very prompt with her communications and her little apartment is perfect if you want to steer clear of the beach holiday throngs. Francis' place is so easy to find and is very comfortable and well equipped. WiFi is good and there are local facilities close at hand.

Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Francis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur VerfĆ¼gung. Das Highlight war auf jeden Fall die Terasse mit SĆ¼dausrichtung - wir konnten wƤhrend unseres FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cks den wunderbaren Blick bis hin zum Santuari de Sant Salvador genieƟen und so im November noch unseren persƶnlichen Sommer etwas verlƤngern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, vielen Dank Francis!

Terrace with views
We enjoyed our stay very much and we could've stayed even longer. Francis's place is beautiful and peaceful and the view from the balcony is beautiful, to the countryside. The sun shines to the terrace all day. In October the weather was perfect for us to stay here but there is also an aircon if the weather is warmer.

A lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at this quiet apartment in the countryside. Francis, the owner, is very friendly and communication was easily handled with Google Translate and WhatsApp. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets, if needed. The full-sized fridge/freezer combo came complete with freezer packs and ice cube trays. WIFI worked well in all areas. The peaceful view of the countryside from the balcony is wonderful, especially at sunrise. Stargazing is also excellent here. Realistically you'll need a car to stay here and you can park in front of the property. The location is ideal for exploring the island, seeing major sites or simply driving down lovely country roads/lanes through small towns and villages, soaking up the atmosphere. Several bronze-age historic sites are within easy reach. The beaches and major supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, etc.) at Can Picafort are a 15 minute drive away.

Una buena opcion para visitar Mallorca
La casa esta situada en el rca con lo que las distancias para visitar las distintas zonas de la isla son las adecuadas. Esta totalmente equipada con una cocina con un menaje completo aunque aconsejamos poner papeleras para reciclar en el patio que es mas comodo para deshacerse de la basura. Se encuentra a la entrada del pueblo con lo que puedes oir el trĆ”fico aunque no es muy transitada. La propietaria quiere que te sientas cĆ³modo y pone a tu disposiciĆ³n su casa con todo lo que dispone que es de gran utilidad durante tus desplazamientos . Pese a la antigĆ¼edad de la casa esta conservada y la limpieza es buena. La relaciĆ³n calidad-precio es muy buena teniendo en cuenta los precios en Mallorca

GenieƟen und Erholung fern von allen Hotels
Francis ist sehr freundlich und kĆ¼mmert sich sehr gut um ihre GƤste. Wir haben viele Stunden auf dem wunderschƶnen Balkon verbracht mit Yoga, lesen, sonnen, essen und einfach nur ausruhen und genieƟen. Die Ziegen auf dem Feld vorm Haus und ihre Glocken haben uns nicht gestƶrt. Sie haben eher zum Urlaubsfeeling beigetragen. Nur als oben andere Urlauber eingezogen sind, war die Ruhe etwas gestƶrt durch Streit und lautes Fernsehen von oben. Die Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer sind leider etwas weich. Wir waren zu zweit und ich habe im zweiten Schlafzimmer geschlafen. Die Matratze ist zum GlĆ¼ck hƤrter, aber es gibt kein Fenster. Da es im Juni nachts gut abkĆ¼hlt, hatten wir die Klimaanlage nicht nƶtig. Sehr schƶn ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt, um leicht verschmutzte oder verschwitzte Sachen schnell waschen zu kƶnnen. Auf dem Balkon im Wind trocknet alles innerhalb von 2 Stunden. Das macht den Urlaub noch angenehmer. Der KĆ¼hlschrank ist ziemlich laut (vielleicht Zeit fĆ¼r einen neuen šŸ™ƒ), aber schƶn groƟ. Wie von anderen Mietern schon gesagt,ist alles nicht mehr so neu, wie es auf den Fotos erscheint, aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Zum Strand fƤhrt man reichlich eine Viertel Stunde und innerhalb von reichlich einer Stunde ist man eigentlich Ć¼berall auf der Insel. Wir haben uns sehr viel angeschaut, waren wandern, SUP fahren, schnorcheln, schwimmen, usw und diese Wohnung war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurĆ¼ck!!

Wenn jemand Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist er bei Francis wunderbar aufgehoben . Eine tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, weil man mit dem Auto in kĆ¼rzester Zeit alle Ausflugsziele erreicht. Ariane ist ein gemĆ¼tlicher kleiner Ort mit freundlichen Menschen. Francis ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Wohnung bietet alles, was man fĆ¼r einen schƶnen Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht ist auf Felder und die Stadt Petra ist unbeschreiblich schƶn. Preis-LeistungsverhƤltnis ist super und meinen Dank an Francis fĆ¼r die tolle Bewirtung.

... auf Landschaft, Wolken und Schafe. :-) Tolle Wohnung in der ersten Etage am Ortsrand von Ariany. Ideal fĆ¼r zwei Personen. Sonnige und schattige SitzplƤtz auf der Terrasse und im Garten unten. sƩjour en famille
nous avons passĆ© 15 jours dans la maison de Francis. Personne trĆØs gentille et trĆØs Ć  l'Ć©coute. La maison est plutĆ“t bien situĆ©e pour dĆ©couvrir l'ile. Maison Ć©galement situĆ©e Ć  la campagne dans un quartier calme mais qui dit campagne dit animaux et autres petites bĆ©bĆŖtes. Nous cela ne nous a pas dĆ©rangĆ© mais il faut le savoir. (Coq, moutons, entre autres). La douche extĆ©rieure fut trĆØs apprĆ©ciĆ©e. La maison en elle mĆŖme est satisfaisante. Il faut juste savoir que la maison est divisĆ©e en 2 logements et la partie supĆ©rieure est donc susceptible d'ĆŖtre louĆ©e. (Les 2 balcons sont sur la mĆŖme faƧade donc on entend tout....). Cependant chaque locataire Ć  son entrĆ©e indĆ©pendante. Merci Ć  Francis pour sa gentillesse.

Location bien situĆ©e pour parcourir toute l'Ć®le mais par contre nous avons Ć©tĆ© dƩƧu par l'intĆ©rieur : une des chambre est trĆØs dĆ©sagrĆ©able car pas possible d'ouvrir la fenĆŖtre qui donne sur un mur et sur des canalisations qui dĆ©gagent de mauvaises odeurs, on ne peut pas y entrer nos valises car trop petite et un lit trop grand pour la piĆØce ; plusieurs invasions de fourmis dans la cuisine malgrĆ© qu'il n'y avait pas de nourriture Ć  trainer ; la salle de bain ne permet pas de ranger nos affaires de toilette, aucune Ć©tagĆØre.

Wohnung mit groƟer Terrasse
Wir wurden von Francis sehr nett empfangen. Es ist zwar keine moderne Wohnung, doch sehr sauber und die KĆ¼chenausstattung lƤsst nichts zu wĆ¼nschen Ć¼brig. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 20 Minuten von Can Picafort, wo sich der lange Strand bis Alcudia befindet. Da wir eher Wanderer sind, konnten wir unsere Ziele mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und haben die Zeit genossen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer so mitspielte.
