Nice apartment, with caveats
This is a very nice apartment, well appointed and had everything I needed. It was clean, and quiet. Unfortunately, the photos in the listing are a bit misleading, and the pictures of the ocean were not taken from the property at all, but from the beach 1/4 mile away. This property is not ocean front. There is a neighborhood and about 80 steps required to reach the area of the beach. In addition, although the apartment was clean, there was a bad ant and cockroach infestation. I know this is the subtropics, but there was no evidence of bait stations, leading me to believe that the hosts have done no mitigation at all.Besides those 2 caveats, the apartment is very nice.

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung
Gut gelegen mit Blick über den Ort haben wir jeden Tag in der gemütlichen ausgestatteten Wohnung genossen. Dank der gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir gut gekocht und gegessen. Von hier aus war der Markt in Santa Cruz eines unserer beliebten Ausflugsziele. Wir würden hier gern wieder wohnen.

Perfekte Erholung in der Wärme
Nachdem wir vier kühlere Tage im Norden verbracht hatten, waren wir von der sonnigen großen Terrasse inkl. Meerblick sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit nur 104 Treppenstufen gelangt man von der Ferienanlage direkt nach unten an die „Promenade“ mit zwei kleinen Bars/Tapasbars, dem Strand und der „Steinmole“, auf der wir des starken Windes wegen lieber windgeschützt lagen als am Strand. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass wir eher inmitten von Einheimischen bzw. Santa Cruzern, die das Wochenende in Poris verbrachten, gefaulenzt und auf das Meer geschaut haben, weil wir keine Freunde des Massentourismus sind. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und die Tips bzgl. Fischrestaurants zwei Orte südlicher und der Tapasbar waren genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft. Wir waren für vier Tage nach Ostern hier, da war die Anlage sehr ruhig, da vorwiegend nicht bewohnt. Das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht werden wir vermissen.

Tolles Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und sehr freundlichen Vermietern!
Das Apartment ist sehr modern, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll, es sind wirklich nur 3 Minuten zum kleinen Strand und zu den nettesten Restaurants und Cafés im Ort. Wir sind aufgrund der aktuellen Situation sehr spontan angereist (Buchung nur einen Tag vor Anreise) und trotzdem sehr freundlich von den netten Vermietern empfangen worden. Wir können das Apartment unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Le lieu idéal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge
Rien à redire tout était parfait, l'appartement est conforme à la description faite sur le site. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Nous avons rarement vu un appartement aussi bien entretenu. Il est particulièrement pratique avec des petits enfants (équipement complet pour les bébés), notamment grâce à la terrasse et aux deux piscines du complexe (il n'y a qu'à monter un étage et on y est!). Les propriétaires sont très disponibles en cas de problème. Barbara parle également le français ce qui nous a bien facilité . Celle-ci nous a donné de très bons conseils pour la planification de notre séjour. Concernant sa localisation, il se trouve à une quinzaine de minutes par autoroute de l'aéroport. Le mieux est de louer une voiture, car se déplacer sur l'île par ce moyen nous a semblé le plus simple. Bref, aucune remarque négative à faire sur cette location!

- Vermieter sehr nett - gute Tipps für die Insel - ruhige Lage - wichtige Sachen vorhanden (Spülmaschine evtl.wünschenswert) - gutes Sicherheitskonzept - schöner Pool - Nähe zum Strand - große Terrasse mit Markise - gute Ausstattung für Kinder - etwas hellhörig - beim Alter unserer Kinder (15 und 13) hätten wir uns getrennte Betten gewünscht

Heel comfortabel
Wij waren hier van 20 februari tot 6 maart 2018. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Prettige woonkamer. Twee grote slaapkamers met grote klerenkasten en nachtkastjes. Een prima badkamer met altijd genoeg warm water om te douchen. Er waren heel veel handdoeken en theedoeken om te gebruiken. Erg handig! Ook badlakens genoeg om mee naar het strand te nemen. Een wasmachine om af en toe wat kleding uit te wassen. Zo hoef je niet zo veel bagage mee te nemen. De keuken was prima ingericht met genoeg van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het balkon was zeer ruim met ligstoelen en een ronde tafel met vier stoelen. Als je schuin keek was het uitzicht op zee en vuurtoren prachtig. Helemaal recht voor je uit kijkend was er zicht op het dorp. Wat betreft geluiden: je moet wel geluk hebben met je buren. Een paar dagen hadden wij buren met iets teveel bezoek. Verder prima. Het gebied is altijd wel wat winderig, maar wij hebben uitzonderlijk weer meegemaakt: veel storm en regen, waardoor we het terras minder hebben kunnen gebruiken. Soms viel de electriciteit uit. Een hele avond zaten we in het donker. Het hele dorp had toen geen licht. Met het licht van onze telefoons hebben we ons gered. Volgende keer kaarsjes mee brengen. Op 5 min. rijden is er een heerlijk strand. Geen stenen en zeer veilig. Langzaam aflopend en geen wilde golven. Dichterbij is ook een strand, maar dat hebben we niet gebruikt. Poris heeft een mooie boulevard, maar er zijn vrijwel geen leuke strandterrasjes. Er is er een, maar die zat altijd vol als we er naar toe wilden. Ongeveer 15 km naar het noorden is het dorp Puertito. Daar hebben wij heel gezellig op terrasjes gezeten. Wij huurden een auto bij Autoreisen (tevreden over) en hebben dit keer vooral het noorden van het eiland verkend. Poris is zeer geschikt als uitvalsbasis, omdat je binnen 5 minuten op de snelweg zit. In het Anagagebergte hebben we veel gewandeld en Puerto de la Cruz vonden we een leuke stad om te bezoeken. Wat betreft de huiseigenaren, we hebben alleen Barbara even ontmoet. Zij heeft ons het huis laten zien en alles uitgelegd. Zij ging daarna naar Duitsland, maar de communicatie was via app en mail toch mogelijk. Ook was er een zekere Jan achter de hand voor het geval we hulp nodig zouden hebben. Bij het boeken hadden we ook een snelle en vriendelijke communicatie. Kortom, voor wie niet in de touristische drukte wil zitten, kunnen we dit appartement aanbevelen.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Terrasse mit Meerblick, freundliche Vermieter, familienfreundlich
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wunderbare große Terrasse. Einige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in das Dorf. Poris ist ein süßer Ort ohne Hotelbunker. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert! gut mit Kindern.

Top Jahreswechsel auf Teneriffa verbracht!!
Wir haben Weihnachten und den Jahreswechsel 2017/2018 das erste mal auf Teneriffa verbracht. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten hat man mit dem Auto den kurzen Weg vom Flughafen zur Ferienwohnung schon erledigt (empfanden wir als sehr praktisch) und wird auch gleich von Achim empfangen. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und den vielen Tipps bzgl. Einkauf, Baden im Meer, Essen, Trinken etc. Super!!!! In der Wohnung ist alles so wie beschrieben. Sehr praktisch ist die vorhandene Waschmaschine im Hauswirtschaftsraum (wir dachten erst, dass es sich um einen Gemeinschaftsraum handelt. Aber nein, man geht direkt von der Küche aus in einen separaten Raum (sehr praktisch!!). Auf der großen Terrasse haben wir jeden Morgen sehr entspannt gefrühstückt und den Blick auf den Atlantik genossen. Von Poris de Abona hat man mit dem Mietwagen (empfehlenswert) die örtlichen Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufen und Shopping etc. in kurzer Zeit erreicht. Silvester haben wir uns das Höhenfeuerwerk am Hafen von Los Cristianos angeschaut (Super Tip von den Eigentümern). Dort bekommt man auch einen sehr guten Eindruck, wie auf Teneriffa Silvester gefeiert wird. TOP!! Abschließendes Fazit: Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!! Really nice apartment in a quite place
The apartment is well equipped, comfortable beds, clean and modern, calm residence with a swimming pool. Easy to find and well positioned not far from highway easy to visit different places of interest in the island. Everything is nearby, beaches and shop. The hosts were very helpful and gave us straightaway plenty of useful information for our staying. We had a very lovely week in Porìs and definitely recommend this place.
