Room 319 , Franco. The stay was very nice. Two issues you should know about. First the bathtub drain is clogged and when taking a shower water accumulates and drains very slowly. After a shower there was 5 inches of water. that's something that housekeeping should have seen and reported to maintenance. When we where leaving, I was standing by the front desk that manager asked if he could help me. I said that yes I needed to pay for my massage and I wanted yo speak to him about the tub and another matter involving the increase in tax. He told me to pay first because there was no line and he would be right back. I did pay and he never came back to speak with me. I ask the front desk person and said he didn't know where he went and didn't seen to want to help me locate him. I never was able to speak with him. this is a stain on my stay and it's your issue now I trust you will address it accordingly. Thank you, Steven Franco
