Rooms needed improvement and so did the service
Honestly it was disappointing. The rooms were in need of renovation. The bathroom and some of the walls were a bit dirty. When I checked out I asked for a PDF of the hotel receipt for my expense report, but I was given the 3rd degree, as if I didn't need to have that. All other hotels have willingly sent without issue. The rate is already pretty expensive, so I suggest spending a little more and staying elsewhere in Crystal City for better rooms and better service

The most comfortable bed I had sleep all my life . Better than my own bed. We stayed at 11th . The only thing they have to do is fix the sealing . Was dripping water for 3 days . The front desk employees are amazing . Very friend . I worked at Crystal city many years and still my favorite place around . Thank you .
