It was a nice quiet room convenient to Six Flags for the price. Very comfortable beds. The motel is older but has had some updating. I would definitely stay here again.

Road Noise
Location is great for events at Globe Life. The road noise is insane. Our room faced the highway, and the noise was constant and loud. It was extremely challenging to get any quality rest.

Room was below average, the key didn't work everytime we left the room and came back to our room the key wouldn't work. So we had to keep coming down from the 4th floor to get it reactivated. The only thing that makes this hotel good is that it's close to the ballparks. So if you're going to a game or concert it's okay. But there are better options in the area.

First when you walk in there was a strong odor of urine or something unpleasant. I finally get to my room, the tv doesn't work, I walk over to the phone to call front desk, the phone doesn't work either!!! So walk to the front desk, tell the young lady, she pretends she knows what she's doing for a few minutes. Then takes the remote with her and say " I'll have to give it to someone so they can fix it" this is at 930 pm. Never hear anything back, of course when i walk back to the front desk( remember the phone still doesnt work and it was definitely reported) there has been a shift change, tell the young man about my issue cuz the first 2 i talked to didn't pass the message on. He comes back to the room, pretends he knows what to do, after pressing all the buttons on the remote like everyone before him previously did, there was no success. He asked if i "needed" to watch tv that night, and how long will I be there, I said "it doesn't matter, I'm here now and this is an inconvenience." He said " I dont know how to fix it, I'll have to get maintenance and he's not here right now, sorry" and walked out the door. At this point im beyond annoyed and over staying at this hotel but its late where am i gonna go? Next morning, (shift change) walk to the front desk( no one cares about this phone) the new young man my issue he said hell call maintenance, i saw the maintenance man in the hall, finally some success!!! Never staying here again

Great value! And clean!
This place was amazing for the value and location to six flags. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and it was comfortable enough for us for a couple days. We will be back when in this area.

We love staying at the Howard Johnson when we go to Rangers games. The trolley picks you up and drops you off right out front of the ballpark. Also, the hotel is always clean and the pool is nice.

We stayed at Howard Johnson and it was a relief after the last place we were at. We even got to check in a couple hours earlier. It’s dog friendly and upfront about the fee for dogs. Room was clean, and staff was friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff did let us know ahead of time that they had limited house keeping so the trash did accumulate while we were there but other than that we had a nice stay. The location was really convenient, all the things we were wanting to do were not far. The staff were really friendly and didn’t hesitate to help if we needed it. The pool was really nice and clean. Overall was a great stay

No food only coffee and juice. A cheap granola bar and no water. Room was clean but has a musty smell. There are alot of other choices closer to Texas live and the Stadiums and six flags.
