Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was easy and staff was helpful & friendly. Would recommend this hotel. Loved that they gave a welcome bag and we were able to check in a little early. Room was nice and had a small couch and fridge. The breakfast area looked nice too in the morning.

When we arrived we were told they weren't sure we had our two rooms that we had reserved. The staff mentioned something about cleaning issue. Our party was 4 adults and 2 kids. The rooms that they suggested would not have accommodated our needs at all. Standing in the Hyatt loby, I ended up opening another app and booked a hotel right next door.

The staff was amazing! The room was great! A few things could have been better. There was no a/c in the dining area the two days we were there, which was uncomfortable. The bar ran out of Coke and Sprite, and one night couldn't order food because the grill broke down. For such a reputable hotel, I would think these types of things wouldn't happen. Especially on a weekend.

Called for an early check in the day before and was approved. However once i arrived I was told their was not note on my reservation and would not be able to check in early. Also was asked to receive a call or text when the room was available and did not receive one. Once in the room their was no towels stocked in the room. AC was also out in the lobby.

One of the front old ladys was very rude. I would’ve never stayed there if it wasn’t because of the other lady who helped up after. No greeting or anything from the same lady also when walking out or in. It was hot going down to the lobby they ac didn’t work but our floor was fine.

This was our second stay here. It’s close to several venues in this area. It’s clean and the staff is very good. It’s easy to get anywhere from here in Arlington or Dallas/Fort Worth.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times over the years due to its proximity to SFOT. The hotel itself is decent, but surrounding area has kind of gone down hill. And there’s no sidewalks if you want to walk to SFOT. There is a nice walking trail next to the hotel grounds that’s j ie for a quick escape.

A lot of issues this trip. Broken stuff in the room when we checked in, AC didn’t work in the lobby and bar/restaurant when it was 100* outside, closed breakfast down early a lot without warning. Ladies at the front desk were very sweet though! The hotel just needs some maintenance and upkeep bad.
