The room was absolutely disgusting. It looked bad and smelled worse. There was a puddle on the floor by the bed from the A/C condensation, the smoke detector was beeping, and the bathroom had no light. I immediately asked for a refund and canceled the reservation. I would not recommend this place.

I stayed for 3 days. My room was right in front of the pool. There was a bench right outside my room. People would just go and sit smoking and all the smoke smell would come into the room. I had to come out several times for them to know i was inside. They were very loud. The door lock did not work. It was always getting stuck. The last day it just did not open anymore. We were stuck inside. Called the property for them to rescue us. Will not stay here anymore.

The room stunk bad, the were burn mark on the sheets, the tub was rusted as well as the sink and they said it was an upgraded room.. not to mention check in was at 3pm I got there at 4:48pm for them to tell me they canceled my reservation because I didn’t answer their phone call literally 1 minute before walking in to check in..

Lots of crickets outside and inside. So loud it wakes you up. The toilet tissue holder is coming out the wall & they haven’t fixed it. The beds are uncomfortable the remote for the tv is missing the back and they just tape it instead of replacing it.

Our Stay
The air conditioner/heater systen in the room is so old it doesn't have an automatic switch on it. They've spray painted the shower and the paint is peeling. The refrigerator didn't get cold and there was no control knob to adjust it.

Receptionist was wonderful. Friendly and attentive. She was very helpful and checked me in quickly. Clear communication about process and deposit. The place was clean, but there were stains on the towels and baseboards were not very clean which gives feeling that maybe the floor isn't as clean as you would expect.
