Booking the property was easy. The check in prpcess not so much, the person that "texts" you all the information about check in lacks customer service. The texts were extremely rude and when i spoke to him.kn the phone he was also ride. The cusyomer service number for Stay at Kay was helpful and the people i talked to there were very kind. The locatuon of the property was great, the condtion was not as great. The apartment could use a good cleaning, the carpets were dirty and there were areas of the rugs tjat were tattered. The couch in the living room had cheetos in the cushions. The couch in the spare bedroom was stained. The apartment was however spacious and did have a fully functioning kitchen which was a plus since we had 8 people to feed. Overall I would stay again in that location but the text check in and communication, not ideal for me and the customer service of the check in person would need to be reevaluated.
