Modern 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from the centre of Armidale. Stay within easy reach of all Armidale's central facilities and attractions. Perfectly suited to couples or families. It’s only 2 blocks away from Armidale's restaurants, pubs, supermarkets or shopping mall. The apartment has private access, is fully fenced and child-friendly. This apartment features 2 bedrooms with one queen bed and one double. 2 x single foam mattress's can also be provided in the living room if needed. The bright open plan living / dining / kitchen area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and the apartment features a private yard at the back. Two bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and mirrors. Each bedroom features built in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you will need, microwave, dish washer, and an array of utensils. A washer and dryer is provided in a laundry cabinet along with laundry detergent. There is a single private off-street carport and ample parking on the street. Linen is supplied PLUS free Wi-Fi & Netflix. Guests have access to the whole property. Keyless entry, code provided shortly before check-in. I live a few blocks away & travel often but I'm available by text or phone if needed. A quiet, central location. Walk 2-blocks to the centre of town and you will reach all of Armidale's shopping, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. All Armidale's major schools are a 3-7 min drive from the apartment, including TAS / NEGS / PLC / Armidale High. The University of New England is a 7-min drive. Strictly no smoking in the apartment.
