Didn't have the best stay in a triple room with my two sons. The ensuite bathroom and toilet was not ventilated and was separated from the bedroom by a glass door with no closing latch or lock. On top of that, the door left a 1cm gap. Zero privacy. The aircon was very noisy, like somebody drilling through the wall. Little surprise of a €23 bill to park my car for one night too.

Such a pleasant stay
The hotel's proximity to both the old town and the Guggenheim museum makes it the ideal location. When it came to checking in and out, the staff was all welcoming and accommodating. Our room was neatly maintained, quite large, and had a very comfortable bed. However, because the shower's drainage was a little plugged, we had a minor issue. Even with this minor issue though, we had a pleasant stay.

It was a great hotel with close proximity to the downtown and Casco Viejo. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and good size. The customer service was excellent!! We stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks down and felt Hesperia was. A better hotel with a better price. We will definitely come back when we visit again.

Overall a positive stay. The location is excellent - close proximity to Guggenheim, funicular and Casco Viejo. Appreciated that staff let guests borrow umbrellas when it rained. Only minor gripes were lack of same day laundry service (at least the morning I inquired), bathroom countertop not thoroughly scrubbed and warm breakfast items were not warm at all (though variety of buffet was excellent).

Love the location and room! We got a room at the front of the hotel with the stained glass bump out interior balconies facing the river! If the trees were not already leafed we could also see the Guggenheim! Love that large doors open on the balcony and yuy can people watch and hear the street music!

A great room with two twin beds. The bathroom was fun- 2 toilets, nice shower, heated towel rack and well lit vanity counter. Coffee- Keurig like. Room was nice and warm when I arrived, downed my two coffees and staff at the desk gave me more. Held my luggage when I checked out in the morning.
