We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Arras in the historical center, this charming apartment in duplex, luminous, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom on the mezzanine and a shower room. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with blackout blinds of 30 m² with a TV (netflix subscription), a sofa bed, armchairs, an office area and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room, and library.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment is ideally located in Arras, in a very pleasant environment within the historic district with a view of the belfry from the street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Arras is the capital of the Pas de Calais region and is located in the Artois region. It is the center of a rich architectural and memorial heritage linked to the Great War of 14/18. Near the centre of everything
This flat is in a very convenient location. It has adequate spaciousness. Heads up- there are 2 flights of stairs to ascend upon entry to the building. I would definitely stay in the property again.
