Basic but in good condition property but very clean and large rooms. The staff are friendly especially house cleaning Rooms do not have tea or coffee facilities. Bit out of city but in safe area and you get to meet real lovals. Easy to get transport to and from as 177 bus runs pass hotel and yellow C very close by taking is 1 station away is RER to other side of city and Orly airport. Just takes time. Supermarkets and mall easy walking distance Plus the smaller restaurants around the hotel offer big meals and tasty for what what is less than going rates in paris. Rated down 1 star for minor details as would stay there again

When I first entered the bulb light did not work, they replaced it immediately however it was very dim. The hairdryer smelt like smoke everytime I used it. They allowed me to use another rooms hairdryer but it wasn’t working well either. The staff were nice and the maintenance guy was lovely.

A nice but no frills out of centre hotel
Fine hotel. A little out of town but they provided very exact transport details so easy to find. Nice welcome. Room a nice size. Bed comfy enough. Good bathroom with shower. Room was v hot and air con didn't work which was a bit of an issue. Neither did hairdryer but we got a replacement from helpful receptionist. Breakfast choice was good, bit basic but did the job and a good price. Overall, a bargain price for a functional hotel (for a stay during the Olympics), nice service but don't expect any frills.

We stayed a few nights for the Olympics. The place was convenient to bus stops and within walking distance to restaurants. It could've been because we weren't used to the Paris "vibe" given our short stay but we didn't feel completely comfortable walking around the neighbourhood in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and building themselves were outdated but it looked like they were beginning renovations

The hotel is in a very sketchy area that isn't safe at night. It is not 3 star standard. There is no water heater with coffee or tea in rooms. Breakfast is poor and limited and wasn't included although the room was very expensive. The hotel charged taxes for children under 18, although expedia.com stated children under 18 pay no taxes. I will query that with expedia.com as well. Mybadvicebis book closer to the city center for.the same price! Stay away from here.

Not Recommended if you want to see Paris
The place is located in a non-desirable location and for the most part you will feel like you are in an industrial area as well as low income housing building. The staff was not kind or cared about the guests' well-being. Anyway, that will be all that i will say.

Very deceiving picture from the hotel website, Manager of the hotel does not care, the room very small and not clean, the room furniture are very old. It says non smkoing hotel but we can smell the smoke very strong. Only good thing is the staff were very helpful.

The staff were very friendly. The room didn't seem very clean and whenever they did their cleaning it looked like they just made the bed and put in new towels. Shower was dirty, vent in washroom had dust all over.

The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night time. The accommodation was clean, and this hotel is situated not far from the railway station with direct services into Paris. On the downside, facilities were bad. Not even a kettle in the room, let alone coffee or a fridge! And the large tv had no remote. Restaurant was closed on bank holiday. The area around the hotel is a bit run down with few options to eat nearby.
