This cosy villa of 130m2 is located in Arta and is ideal for 6 people.

It has a garden, outdoor furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), access to different platforms through the smart tv, hairdryer, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms and private swimming pool.

Villa Mut is an exceptional property of modern and avant-garde design in Betlem, a green and quiet urbanization in the north of Mallorca, in a unique setting, located at the foot of the mountain and surrounded by the most paradisiacal coves of the island. Villa Mut offers comfort and luxury and an exceptional location where you can enjoy nature.

In Villa Mut we can enjoy the sea (one minute from the house) and also our own private swimming pool, completely refurbished in 2021, perfect for cooling off in summer and ideal for the little ones due to its two depths.
We will be able to sunbathe peacefully in the sunbeds and enjoy the privileged views. It also has a lawn, ideal for children to play freely. We can also enjoy a pleasant read in the fresh air under the porch, or have a few drinks with the best company and watch the sunset.

Its interior will not leave us indifferent. It is an open-plan, luminous and modern space in which we will find a living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a long worktop and the best appliances to prepare our best recipes.

This property can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 spacious and luminous bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an office, an ensuite bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the panoramic views. There is another bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.


The house also has another modern and luxurious bathroom with toilet and bathtub. All rooms have sea views.
The adjudication of Betlem prohibits the use of barbecues. The use of barbecues is prohibited on this property.

Ruhiges Haus in herrlicher Landschaft am Meer mit Verbesserungsbedarf . Preis-Leistung schlecht
Schön,aber zu teuer,Haus angeblich 2021 komplett renoviert,was aber nur das Erdgeschoss betrifft, schon jetzt dringend renovierungsbedürftig. 3 Schlafzimmer für 5-max. 6 Personen (1 schmales grand lit).2 Bäder (1 Duschbad+ 1 Dusche mit 1 Badewanne) recht alt und am Boden teils verschimmelt,aber Reinigung soweit möglich versucht,Türen teils nicht zu öffnen,da verzogen (1 Schlafzimmertür war absolut nicht mehr zu öffnen,alle Kleider innen,erst nach 4 Stunden kam ein Handwerker zur Reparatur zum Abschleifen der Türen).Sitzmöbel/Sofas stark angeschmutzt,Betten schlecht (IKEA),Küchen-Einrichtung mässig und teils defekt,aber Küche relativ neu,hoher Stromverbrauch (ohne AC!) mit 65 Euro/Woche. Schwimmbad sehr schön und sauber mit billigen Liegen auf Kunstoff-Rasen und Schotter,also ungemütlich, kein Sonnenschirm ! Lage des Hauses sehr ruhig,ca. 100m vom Meer entfernt (steinige Küste!),wunderbare Umgebung mit Naturschutzgebiet und Wanderwegen.Wir haben die Zeit trotz erwähnter Einschränkungen wegen der Ruhe und Gesamt-Lage sehr genossen,kennen und schätzen aber den Ort Betlem seit vielen Jahren.
