Impressive exteriors with private pool of 8m x 5m where you can enjoy refreshing baths while watching the wonderful views. Four sunbeds by the pool will allow you to sunbathe under the Majorcan sun. Upper outdoor area equipped with a large table, chill out and barbecue where you can enjoy meals outdoors, in calm and with beautiful views.

Interiors perfectly equipped for 4 people with spacious and bright living room, where you can enjoy calm moments with views to the mountain and the swimming pool. Next to the living room you will find the kitchen with everything you need to cook whatever you want. Next to the dining room you will find two bedrooms prepared for your comfortable rest. Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower.

The house is equipped with a pellet heater for the cold months, heating the common area and the rooms through radiators. Three bags of pellets are included in the price, the rest can be purchased for 12 euros/bag.

Es Sementaret is located in ArtĆ” with easy access to the different areas of the island thanks to its location. Situated just 4 km from ArtĆ” where you can find supermarkets, cafes, stores ... and just 17 minutes drive from some of the best beaches in Mallorca, known for its crystal clear waters.

Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles perfekt sauber, die Betten waren bequem. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen auf der Finca.

Einsame Finca mit groƟem GrundstĆ¼ck, toller Terrasse und genug Platz. Sehr sauber. KĆ¼che vƶllig ausreichend ausgestattet. GroƟer Pool. Im Hochsommer groƟes MĆ¼ckenproblem. Dort lebt ein Hofhund, der in der Beschreibung nicht aufgefĆ¼hrt war. Sehr lieb, aber bettelt beim essen. Uns wurde angeboten, dass er auf dem NachbargrundstĆ¼ck weggesperrt werden kƶnne. Er kannte aber offenbar sƤmtliche LĆ¼cken im Zaun, so dass dies Wunschdenken war.
