Shannon brown who ran the front desk was awful. My chip didn't work in my CC. And she told me there was nothing she can do about it. First she wasn't even nice or said hello entering in the hotel. She should not be a front desk person. ( she told me that she was the manager). I travel all over the world and by far this is the worst employee of a hotel( high end) that I ever dealt with. I will never stay or recommend Lowes hotel to anyone. Hotels.Com was fantastic in handling my refund and ended up at Marriott.

We had the loveliest stay there with our senior dog. It is a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of the city. The staff was wonderful, location was convenient, definitely will stay there again!
