It was very nice and they included some free drinks from the bar. Loved the property and appreciated the helpfulness of employees. Parking was a bit disappointing, but we made it work. We ended up paying $60 to park for the 24 hour stay.

So when i checked in i thought the Maia forgot to give me face towels. I was in a rush so i use md my sponge that i bought, thank god. When i went to the front desk they have me hand towels she said they are out of face towels. Well i figured i never had any fave towels to begin with after returning 5 hours later i would think they would have washed some . Also i seen mold on the bathroom sliding door , the baseboards were roaring and crap was ok the wall. This place use to be my favorite spot but it has since gone down. I don’t think i will return. The staff was great as well as the valet parking even though i had to wait 30/40 minutes for my car prior to calling 30 minutes before i checked at their request only to be told i need to bring my ticket downstairs because they are too busy.

They charged a pet fee that was never mentioned during the booking process and tried to sneak in other hidden fees as well. The experience was terrible, and the staff was completely unhelpful. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel—you'll end up paying far more than the advertised price.

Omni Riverfront in NO LA very nice look. The a/c went off in the middle of the night, no comforter on beds. You can’t tell about the shower cleanliness because it’s black but there’s lot of soap scum on shower glass which would lead me to believe it’s not clean. The check in was awkward. Because the bellhop brought up the luggage and the front desk attendant also came in and they both checked the room. I don’t know what they were looking for.
