Luxurious Villa just steps away from the sea

Lovely villa located in a strategic position in the heart of Porto Cervo, one of the most beloved resorts on the Costa Smeralda for its crystal-clear sea, white sandy beaches, and lively nightlife. The villa enjoys a unique location, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Cala Romantica beach, and a pleasant stroll will take you to the famous Promenade Du Port with its renowned boutiques.

The villa is completely independent, bright, and elegantly furnished, surrounded by a well-kept garden, lush Mediterranean vegetation, and picturesque rock formations.

It is spread over two levels; on the ground floor, there is a bright double bedroom, finely furnished with quality furniture. The private bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, bidet, spacious wardrobe, double windows, and a smart TV.

On the first floor, there are three other bedrooms and the living area. An ample master suite, finely furnished with quality furniture, features a splendid terrace and a large private bathroom with a bathtub, double washbasin, toilet, and bidet. A third bright double bedroom with a door opening onto the beautiful terrace, spacious wardrobe, large private bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, and bidet; the fourth bright double bedroom with a door opening onto the beautiful terrace, spacious wardrobe, large private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet, and bidet.

Also on the first floor, you'll find the bright living area with a spacious lounge, smart TV, and a large dining table that, through the large glass door, opens onto the splendid terrace with a large outdoor dining table for your lunches and dinners, enjoying a unique atmosphere and breathtaking sea views. Then there is the kitchen, fully equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and various utensils.

Outside, there is an upper terrace with panoramic views, a barbecue, and a sunbathing area.

The house is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi connection, and TV. It comes with bed linen and towels and has a washing machine.

A private parking is available on the property.

The villa also offers the possibility to accommodate up to 2 service personnel, for whom a double room with private bathroom and separate external access is available.

The cost of final cleaning amounts to €500.00. In case of presence of a pet, an additional supplement of €100.00 for cleaning is required (only one small pet is allowed during the stay).

Upon request, it is possible to book an extra cleaning service, which will then be paid directly on-site to the service attendants.

A security deposit of €1000.00 for stays up to one week, €3000.00 monthly, is required in cash upon arrival, which will be refunded within 48 hours from the end of the stay, subject to villa inspection.

Electric consumption will be verified through meter reading at check-in and check-out and paid directly on-site at the end of the stay (€0.40 per kWh).

A supplement of €50.00 is required for check-in after 7:00 PM, to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

The villa is very beautiful and comfortable, enjoying a charming panoramic position overlooking the sea while being close to all the major attractions of the Costa Smeralda, just steps away from all services such as markets, restaurants, cafes, and everything needed for a pleasant vacation. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people, families, friends, but is also recommended for a couple as it is very romantic and perfect for unforgettable moments.
