The transportation was very unclear and at times confusing. There are also not many places to eat that are foreigner friendly from our experience.

I was disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room for the price. It was rather worn. Additionally the air conditioning was not strong and could not be adjusted with a thermostat. Probably the worst thing was that even though it was a non-smoking room there was a faint smell of stale smoke and part of the carpet had a very bad smell too.

虽然是budget酒店，可是也应该要有一个人负责帮忙拿行李这类的吧？可是完全没有，都是自己要去推车，自己拿行李进去，柜台都没有人肯过来帮忙。毕竟还是酒店不是宾馆。第一天入住是都有给拖鞋，怎么知道第二天连拖鞋都拿走。还有房间非常的热，想下冬天外面只有零下3，4度，我们全家，尤其是我3岁小宝贝都可睡到流汗，暖气已经开到最低，睡得半夜热到起来关掉暖气，空气清新机，还想把窗口开掉，可是开不到。唯一一点值得赞赏的是酒店餐厅的服务员，非常好，非常有人情味又服务好

Worth to stay.
A hotel with a (self) coin laundry facility. Seico Mart is connected to the Lobby. The room was a bit dated but very clean. Hotel provided a parking spaces but you have to pay Yen800 a night. The front staff can communicate with good understanding English and they were very nice and very helpful. Worth to stay.

we were pleasantly surprised that the twin rooms had 2 super single beds each. Although the room size is small - but that's the japanese norm, the beds are big and our sleep restful. We also had a quad room with 4 beds 2 super single and 2 single. The hotel was kind to group our rooms together. Parking is at a public carpark behind the hotel. Our car was covered in snow each day. As to amenities, it's at least a km away from the shops but there is are a few small eateries behind the hotel for meals. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay
Staff are very helpful and pleasant, to deal with our few enquiries. I booked 2 double beds room for my family of 4 and was pleasantly surprised we were given 2 extra beds in a family room. However the room has a shortage of power points. Taxi ride between here and Asahikawa station was ¥560 (from hotel) and ¥700 (to hotel), and here to the zoo was ¥2780.

Cheap but good hotel in great location.
The cheapest hotel we have stayed in! Excellent value for your money! (We did not take the breakfast option.) Check in was painless and extra pillows were immediately provided. Internet connection was good. Hotel is within waling distance from station and many restaurants.
