Sweet Getaway in Weaverville
Like staying at Grandma’s house! Sweet little cottage in a private location. Plenty of room in yard for children or a dog to run (the yard is not enclosed). There are four grocery stores nearby, and it is very convenient to Weaverville and 20 minutes to Asheville (with no traffic). The kitchen is well-supplied. We spent most of our time in the cozy living room.

Wonderful stay!
We had a completely wonderful much needed time away at Rabbit Hollow. Everything was just as described and the owners were very friendly and caring. Great communication! They even left us some tasty pastries. They left us supplies for s'mores as well! Bonus…we got to see fall colors and snow! Our teens had a blast making a snowy bonfire and building a snowman. The cabin is great, quiet, and secluded which was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We were able to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast. It’s just a short drive into town. Weaverville is one of our favorite places. Blue Mountain Pizza is a must for us. We were able to enjoy a couple of days at the Biltmore doing all things Christmas. Black Mountain is open and wanting visitors. Downtown Asheville is as well. We were able to visit and support many places that we love in the area. We also enjoyed a short drive to the Arboretum to enjoy Winter Lights. We are already planning a summer trip and would 10/10 return to Rabbit Hollow!

Peaceful little cottage
Enjoyed our stay - the cottage is out of way, but not far from town, peaceful and has a great garden. It was a good base to spend some family time while one of the kids is studying at UNC Asheville and way better than a hotel.. Really enjoyed the pie, thank-you..

Another Perfect Vacation
This has become our “home away from home”. The hosts do an incredible job making this house a cozy and comfy cottage that immediately makes you feel like home. Everything is perfectly decorated, and is well stocked with essentials and a whole s’mores making platter to use at the fire pit. This was our second stay at this cottage and we can’t wait to boom our third.

Above and Beyond
Ray and Vicki make your stay special. From things like providing information about the area too leaving a Fresh Apple Pie or all the fixings for S'mores to be made at the burn pit. Some people may find these to be simple things, but we felt is going Above and Beyond what you usually get. Thanks to them both.

Vikki's little cottage was a dream for me and my two girlfriends. We all left feeling relaxed and honestly, didn't want to leave. Asheville was just a short drive and very convenient. However, do not sleep on downtown Weaverville. It's a charming small town with an excellent pizza spot and brewery. We will definitely come back to the cottage.
