Great Breakfast, superior comfort, excellent staff
This was by far the most comfortable place we have stayed for a long time. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Check-in was smooth and easy. Breakfast was AMAZING! They had all the things including a pancake maker and waffles. A young lady was in there to help and kept everything clean and ready to use. We will definitely stay here again.

Sleepless in Asheville.
Didn't sleep at all lots of nosies in the hall headboards banging. Then fire alarm going off at 0700am but i was already awake. It was a false alarm but the person didn't know how to turn it off.

The room layout was awkward. The sink was outside the bathroom. The bathroom needs to be updated with the toilet being replaced (70's model). The front desk staff was about as warm as the North Pole. They didn't seem happy to be there. Breakfast offers were average. On a positive note the beds were good and the breakfast/cleaning staff personal were hard working and kept the food stocked, tables clean and towels were switched out when asked.
