Luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1800 square foot loft with 20 foot ceilings in a fully restored historic building in the heart of Asheville will take you to another place in time representative of the progressive age of America while enjoying the modern amenities of today.
Previous owner is a well known Asheville artist Eli Corbin and many of her works remain on display throughout the condo along with art and artifacts procured from around the world.
The condo is situated between a Lexington and Church in the center of downtown. One block from Vance Plaza across from which Is Asheville’s famous Pack Square with weekend concerts.

Amazing Luxury
We were in town for a concert at the Orange Peel and wanted to say downtown. This was a beautiful place to stay, the pictures do not do it justice! The record player and gas fireplace made our stay wonderful.

Perfect Location and Great Hosts
Went for a “Girls Trip” with three friends. Location was perfect in that the Condo is walking distance to restaurants and stores downtown. Condo was clean and beautiful. Everything worked. Host was very responsive in checking with us to make sure all was as expected. Highly recommend and would stay again if I go back with my family.

Great downtown loft
Very spacious loft served as a wonderful spot for our adult couples getaway to Asheville. Great location. Once in the condo, it is a great space with two options to enter/leave. The hosts are very easy to communicate with.

On a girls trip and we loved that we could walk to so many places to dine and shop. We even took in a concert just 4 blocks away and went to church on Sunday, also walkable. The unit was very nicely appointed and appropriate for the area, very eclectic and roomy!

Fabulous!
Perfectly located loft. Super comfy bed and very clean and well appointed place altogether. We had easy parking in the garage. All details of how to check in and out were perfectly laid out as well as great suggestions to enjoy Asheville during our stay. A bottle of champagne in the fridge with chilled glass was the cherry on top! We’ll be back!

Great Location Downtown Asheville
This apartment was more than big enough to accommodate our travel and time in Asheville! The apartment was quite comfortable and filled with local crafts and art! The key into the apartment was touchy but once we got a hang of it--was super easy. Be aware that there is no parking on site however nearby garage is close by. Once you park --it is very easy to walk to everything in the downtown. We also felt very safe here.

Great Condo
An attractive property in the heart of the downtown area. Clean, well furnished and handsomely decorated, it met our needs. Property manager kept in touch and helped us through a minor a/c problem. As mentioned by others, downtown late evening music/noises were noticeable but a minor inconvenience. Plenty of great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. All in all, worth every penny

Beautiful property and terrific hosts
We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this exceptionally beautiful and spacious flat. The central location is walkable to everything downtown. We parked in the Rankin St garage and never moved the car again until departure day. One of the highlights was riding the elevator to the Lobster Trap! The apartment was very well stocked with supplies and information, AND nice touches. Our host, Chris, was readily available if needed and eager to ensure that everything was just right for us. No Better Location
This space in the heart of downtown is so convenient to absolutely everything. Stayed here for my wedding and it was a perfect location with everything within walking distance, and plenty of room to have family and friends over for meals and drinks in the evening. Loved all of the artwork and the place was immaculately clean and had more than enough of everything needed. Will be back!

Very pretty and unique downtown apartment
We enjoyed our stay very much. The artwork and furniture was very unique and interesting to look at. The apartment was well-equipped and homey for the weekend. Great location. Check in was a little confusing because there are two ways to get into the apartment, but it worked out just fine.
