This downtown retreat, is in one of Ashevilleā€™s Historic buildings from the early 1900s, and is located between Prichard Park and Pack Place.
With this location, all of Ashevilleā€˜s varied activities are within a few blocks distance. Our place is fitted with quality components and amenities to make your stay in Asheville memorable. Furnishings include a fully operational kitchen for friends and guests desiring to prepare some of their own meals, even though Asheville boasts many unique quality Restaurants and eateries.

Fabulous location!
Perfect spot to explore downtown Asheville and the surrounding mountains. We made ourselves right at home thanks to the comfortable accommodations. Jen and Greg's place had everything we needed and more. They were also wonderful hosts - very attentive and communicative. Definitely plan to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a great location to explore the downtown Asheville area without having to drive anywhere. Greg and Jen are great hosts and communicated with us throughout our stay and checked in to see if we needed anything.
