The staff was great, location was great, yes they are under construction but it was no bother. We barely heard any noise. Overall had a great experience and would stay there again!

We booked this hotel as it has an indoor pool however the pool was closed. Nothing on any website stated that the pool was closed. There was also no ice machine on the floors and the front receptionist told us to use the kitchen ice machine, which was nice however that’s unsanitary to allow guest to enter a kitchen unsupervised.

Yamil at the front desk is the best!
Yamil at the front desk was the kindest and most courteous hotel associate I have ever encountered. Extremely professional and incredibly helpful! Our room was ready and was fabulous. My family enjoyed the breakfast options. Anything we needed for our room was brought to us very promptly. Our family has a new favorite place to stay when visiting Asheville!

Our night clerk Yamil was absolutely awesome. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to help anyway he could. The hotel was undergoing renovations .So we didn't get to enjoy the amenities, but we do plan on going back.

Cleanliness and Comfort: The hotel is immaculate. From the welcoming lobby to my spacious room, every corner of the property was spotless and beautifully maintained. The room itself was a perfect blend of modern design and cozy comfort, featuring a plush bed, high-quality linens, and a well-appointed bathroom with top-notch toiletries. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure guests feel right at home. Amenities: The Scenic Hotel truly caters to every guest’s needs. Beware- there is no pool or hot tub, which the hotel eliminated for a renovation and never updated Expedia. We were initially booked in a room with plastic over the windows for renovations. Desk said they were note this for a discount from Expedia, which they didn’t do.

We canceled our stay with The Scenic Hotel at Biltmore Village because of Hurricane Helene. I called the hotel and canceled due to hotel at the time of cancellation did not have water and they were not ready for guest. The hotel management could not have been nicer. Plan to reschedule and go back in 2025.
