We stayed 5 nights and loved it. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Basement activities room was well beyond what you'd expect at a hotel. Perfect location, very well kept hotel. If I come back to Asheville this is certainly where I'll stay. Happy hour was wonderful.

This was our first trip to Ashville. We absolutely loved the Restoration! It did not disappoint and the location is perfect for a short walk to all of downtown. It was 10 minute drive to the Biltmore. It was an upscale stay without paying Biltmore prices.
