Liked the pool and the location of the property to the interstate. Room was clean and staff was friendly, and breakfast was well prepared.

Excellent except upon arrival they demanded additional payment that was not stated on the online booking.

Hello Taylor,Thank you for staying with us. As you stated about the additional payment, that was not the payment, it was the security deposit mandatory to hold. As you paid online and Hotel.com need to explain to you how online booking works. So, we had to ask your CC to hold the money which will go back to your account in 3 to 5 business days. It is not only for you, this applies to every guest.You can check with Expedia or Hotel.com.

Our sink was broke. The bathtub was dirty. There was dust on the light fixtures. There was dust on the TV ledge spiderwebs behind the bed under the bed. shower curtain was dirty I could not walk around without my shoes or socks. The carpet was disgusting. You could feel the dirtiness and how it has not been cleaned. I also was charged before arriving to my property. and I made sure that procedures was to pay on property while arriving also the pool that was stated that would be heated was cold and I had every remark about my 2 1/2 potty train son if he had a diaper on before getting into her pool. We stayed here for two nights as a family, but I do not recommend recommend if you are looking for a clean hotel

Cleanliness and guest comfort is our top priority, but if the room was not up to your standards, we wish you had informed during your stay, and we would have been happy to resolve the issue or offer the another room. We apologize for any confusion with the reservation and the 82 F pool temperature, this is standard temperature from Ohio state. and but as the front desk told you not to bring the 2 1/2 year old kid without diaper, you should respect the hotel policy. You should also respect the other guest as well Even though front desk stopped you to bring your kid to pool, you still bring him last 2 days and broke the hotel policy. I hope you understand. Because he is very small kid and anything goes wrong, like pee/ poo, we need to close down the pool. This is nothing personal for you. This is for all guest. .
