Beautiful area & great fun for our group
We stayed here with our work staff for nearby continuing education and really enjoyed this clean, spacious, older home. The bathrooms have been updated and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of pans, appliances and spices. The property was so beautiful and the deck, hammock and trampoline were all well enjoyed. Linda was great with communication!

Special place for a special family wedding
Beautiful setting with gorgeous flowers and a large deck space to linger in. There is plenty of space to spread out indoors, whether you want some quiet time, or together time in the multiple sitting areas, very-well-equipped kitchen, and common space for our extended family. Easy to have several people cooking in the kitchen. The house is extremely clean and Linda, the manager, is super helpful with anything you need. The house made our family wedding weekend feel very special. Note: The house is listed on Turnkey but actually managed by the private owner's employee; Turnkey is in transition at the moment and it required a call to find out the arrival information.

Oh my , it’s a beautiful setting . Linda that over sees the property is wonderful ❤️
I rented the home for our stay due to our daughters wedding @ Maroon Bells . I wanted everyone to have plenty of room . Talked with Linda the week before & she eased my mind about questions I had . I have never stayed in a home that had everything you needed . There were 7 grown adults . Plenty of room for everyone . There was a nice size living area off the master sweet , our daughter came over & got ready for her big day. I highly recommend this house .The hot tub & deck were awesome after long hikes . It’s so quite , the birds & deer were a welcome site. We have no complaints !

Beautiful views, lots of space
There were originally going to be 6 of us - my entire leadership team - who were going to stay for the Aspen Ideas Festival. It ended up being 4 of us. The house was great and would have accommodated 6 or more of us easily. Linda, the onsite caretaker was there to meet us when we arrived, and her dog Josie was part of our welcoming committee. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we could have needed. The house is nestled in the aspen trees, and there's a hiking trail right next to the property. We enjoyed the wraparound porch. The view was awesome and the weather was perfect.

Pillows, safety and comfort
Pillows are plain worn out and need to be replaced; Ruined many a good nights sleep. Safety in the bathroom no rails to help avoid slippery falls. Stairs also lack safety features in places. Especially critical the drip that freezes right outside the front door. A part from these short comings the house was delightful, the manager was a great help and we enjoyed ourselves skiing all four resorts during our all too short a visit.

Dreamy Aspen House perfect for a fall getaway
We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Aspen and absolutely loved the house. We were surprised to find out that the property manager lives in the house. She has a separate entrance and was very kind and helpful to us. This just came as a surprise given that it is listed as a private residence. We did not receive check-in instructions which is because she greats every resident to let you into the house. As far as the house, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The backyard is absolutely perfect surrounded by Aspens and green grass. The hot tub was also a great amenity.

Paradise admits the Aspens
From the moment of booking until driving off property, we had a magical stay. The house was perfect. We’ve stayed in hundreds of vacation homes. This home felt like a home. It was large, with gorgeous views from every room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and even had condiments. The TVs are updated and have Netflix. The beds are super comfy and the sheets soft. The outside was also lovely! Gorgeous planters of colorful flowers lined the decks. The yard is plenty big to play in and we could even hike straight from it. Best of all is the caretaker… a lovely woman, Linda, who lives downstairs, and was available to answer any question or help us if needed! She even collects the trash! The house is nestled at the base of the mountain amongst gorgeous Aspens and is a short drive to hikes and town. Great running and biking nearby too! Highly recommend!

Picturesque, comfortable and conveniently located home
I've been coming to Aspen over the Holidays for 15 years and this was by far the easiest, most straight-forward rental thanks to Linda, the property manager, who made everything very easy. As usual, our flights were impacted by weather and we got in far later than expected. No problem for Linda. She was watching the weather and was ready to show us around when we arrived. The home was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen utensils, food staples, dishware, towels, etc. We had plenty of firewood for the two fireplaces that we enjoyed every night. The home is surrounded by trees which makes it so peaceful and relaxing to look out, but is close enough to Highlands so that you can ski out. Absolutely delightful and would recommend it to families and groups of friends. PS Also great for art historians and book lovers!

Aspen getaway
The home was beautiful, quiet and secluded, yet 10 min from town or the airport (or the Aspen Music Festival too). Very comfortable accommodations, well-stocked and equipped kitchen, plenty of dining and living space. The towels, bedding, and beds were top quality and extremely comfortable. Linda was a super hostess. She showed us around and answered all our questions. This is a super choice for a group of friends or extended family!

So peaceful. We spent as much time sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful weather as inside. The windows in the master bedroom make it feel like you are in a treehouse. We loved our time in this home!
