Beautiful position, very comfortable bed and view from Junior Suite on top floor was breathtaking. Staff were a bit nonchalant although bartender was attentive. Breakfast needs to be improved. Croissants ran out, cutlery too and coffee/ tea machine never really worked smoothly.

This hotel is excelent, ver good rooms and good services in the hotel. The problem is that in Assisi all the hotels are far from the Train station. I sent a mésage to the hotel asking for a pick up servicié with payment and I never received answer. I arrive to Assisi at night and is difficult to get taxi.

We got lucky and parked immediately outside the hotel. The bedroom was lovely, comfortable with great views over the church and the countryside beyond. The outdoor bar area in the garden was dirty with litter and discarded cigarettes lying in the grass. There were 3 staff none of whom cared enough to tidy this up. Unsurprisingly the bar had very few customers. The breakfast area is horrible. Feels like it’s been managed by an external company. Food average.

Nice hotel, great location, amazing town.
The hotel is in a great location to walk into the centre of the old town. The room was nice; bathroom a tight squeeze but that's to be expected inside the old town. Breakfast was a bit meh.

My stay was unplanned due to flight disruptions on 19/07/24. The hotel was an eleventh hour choice. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They did everything to make my stay comfortable even when my initial room had no air conditioner on the 1st night.

A very elegant hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We would suggest improvements to the lighting in the bathrooms as well as a better partition in the shower so that the water doesn't go all over the floor elsewhere.

Nice property. The stuff is not so nice but over all it was a great stay. The only benefit this hotel offer is the valley view. Make sure that the room you get have the valley view. Breakfast is good.
