A truly excellent hotel in terms of value for money, service, cleanliness, decor and transport links. It's a two star, but I suspect if it had a lift it would rank higher. There are only three floors in total and there was a stair lift, if needed, for suitcases etc. The owner is a lovely, friendly and helpful lady and the hotel is directly opposite the train station for Assisi with frequent buses to the old town. I would highly recommend thus hotel.

Very small hotel right across the street from the train station. The owner was very friendly. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We were able to easily get a cab at the train station. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was adequate.

Very friendly lady was running the place. Right across from the train station. Great location and the room was clean. The only problem was the private washroom was down the hall from our bedroom-- so at night you have to unlock the door, walk down the hallway and unlock the washroom. That was a bit of a pain. The washroom was clean too.

A escolha desta estadia se deu por conta das boas avaliações dos usuários. Apesar de não estar em Assis, mas ao lado, a responsável, Flor Rocio, se desdobra em proporcionar tudo o que o hóspede precisa, com indicação do ônibus até o centro de Assis, sugestões de restaurantes conforme o gosto ou vontade. Muito satisfeito. Quando retornar a região, já sei onde vou ficar. Supor recomendo.

Adorei o hotel, tudo muito limpo, muito clarinho, confortável, lençóis macios, toalhas macias, café da amanhã maravilhoso com mtas opções, localização excelente bem em frente à estação de trem e da parada de ônibus que leva até o centro histórico. A Sra Rossio foi mto gentil e atenciosa. Eu ficaria la novamente com certeza.

Localização excelente (em frente a estação de trem), quarto aconchegante e o atendimento da Rossio foi o melhor que recebemos na Europa, ela simplesmente deixou as nossas malas por um tempo para que pudéssemos conhecer a cidade e o café da manhã estava maravilhoso, melhor canolli que comi na Itália. Ho prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per un week-end ad Assisi. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Personale molto gentile. Un consiglio: in fase di prenotazione non era chiaro che il bagno fosse esterno alla camera. Specificare meglio. Comunque lo consiglio.
