We said we would arrive at 10.30am and we arrived early at 9am and they didn't want to come and give us the key. We said we would return to the room at 4.30pm, they were still cleaning it at that time. We had to wait longer because the floor and bathroom were wet and they didn't clean it properly. However, they didn't take into consideration what happened and our flight was at 10pm and we were forced to leave the room at 12pm. The water in the shower was freezing cold most of the time because the switch kept tripping.

We were proactively contacted by Madeleine before travelling which was great because the entrance to the apartment is not obvious. She arrived when we did and showed us in, provided helpful advice for where to go and where to eat and checked up while we stayed to make sure things were ok, The apartment is in a great position near the Metro but also very walkable to all the major attractions and perfect for eating options at breakfast, lunch or evening. The soundproofing is also great so we didn't have any issues with noise from outside. The apartment was very clean, pretty well appointed and had A/C and the bed was comfortable for us. We were very happy with our stay and would happily stay again.

The Property looks immaculate in the review and in real but this apartment is not functional to live for more than 1 night stay for 2 reasons - 1) You cannot flush toilet paper 2) The room AC is not effective. I will not be staying in this next time.

Dimitra was awesome hostess! We loved how helpful she was. The rooms were completely clean and modern. Super comfortable staying. And the location of the apartment was amazingly good and close to metro, buses and walkable distances to all historic attractions. Stayed 2 years ago, now, and would again! Super recommended! The only thing was that the outside curtain was broken, didnā€™t work and had to be closed by hand.

Excellent location just steps from the metro. Convient kitchen and laundry downstairs. Bed was a bit hard and could use some spices, cooking utensil and more linens during the stay. Lovely staff stayed up late to welcome us.

Cozy apartment in the center. Very close to the Metro and good food options nearby. AC was very cold during the summer time which is a big plus. Will definitely comeback and recommend to everyone!

Very centrally located apartment, clean when we arrived with somebody there to meet us at the indicated time. Very good location. Although the area is busy and noisy we did not hear it. The apartment entrance area is through a public passageway but once inside it is clean, well appointed and we appreciated the location. Thanks for a very nice stay.

Comfortable stay in attractive apartment
Apartment was clean and comfortable. Initially we had a bit of trouble with communication until we arrived in Athens. Then we had a show around the apartment, our hosts offered lots of advice and looked after our cases before and after we could use apartment. Athens is a vibrant city and does not stop until about 4am so expect some noise in the evening. We had long days out exploring so this didnā€™t bother us too much.
