Fun contemporary place to stay. We felt safe with the secure front gate/door. Codes to get in. Walkable to few restaurants, bars etc. Had wash machine & dryer on site. Nice set up with dishes, etc in room. Uber was inexpensive to get to sites from here. We would come back again and stay longer! Thank you

Very cool accommodations: this is an apartment in downtown athens, so we had a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and 2 TV's. The building also has several laundry rooms and a basic gym, both in the basement. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable. And had a large balcony where we could have coffee or enjoy the sunset. You *can* hear noise from the street, and there were several events happening when we stayed, so we could hear music in the streets until around 10-11pm, but this isnt the fault of the accomodation, you are downtown after all. Were used to sleeping with earplugs, so we slept just fine. The apartment is within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants (try To Prodopion down the street for great Gyros). We also walked to the Acropolis from here which took about 30 minutes (as the final part is uphill).

Great help from Marina getting us taxis and transportation and answering all our questions. Their rooms are clean and have everything that you need. Although the area around the property looks a little rough, the neighborhood is full of artists, book stores, cafes and great gyros if you explore it.

Staying here was absolutely convenient and beautiful to stay at. The apartment was beautiful, super clean. Loved that there was free laundry with detergent. Everything was walking distance and coffee shops everywhere and they were open til late too and some opened super early as 5. Would definitely stay here again !

I had a great stay here and found it to be an excellent value. Although it’s not super close to the major landmarks, most are walkable within about 20 minutes, including Syntagma Station and the Ancient Agora of Athens. If you’re comfortable with public transit, there’s a bus stop right around the corner, which could make it even easier to get around—definitely look up bus routes if you plan to explore this way. In terms of nearby amenities, the area has plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, so there’s no need to go all the way to the Plaka neighborhood if you’re looking for a nice meal close by. I also really enjoyed the Numismatic Museum of Athens, which is even closer and definitely worth a visit. While there’s no front desk, the check-in and check-out process was simple and convenient. The space itself was very clean and felt brand new, making it very comfortable. All in all, for the price, it’s hard to beat this place! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and affordable base in Athens.

Very nice place to stay, very clean and well maintained, and a good location to walk to nearby attractions and tourist areas. Laundry facilities were nice to have. We managed to find street parking nearby relatively easily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again!

My Greek Vacations City Apt - B+
Stayed at My Greek Vacations City Apartments 10/14/24 - 10/19/24. It's SLIGHLY out of the main areas of Athens. However, there is a bus stop close and it was 2 stops to Syntagma Square making it very easy to get to the main areas. You can connect to the metro at Syntagma too. Athens is very walkable. Honestly, you could finish all the sites in one day if needed. The apartment had a bedroom and a separate front area with a kitchenette, fridge, and bar/counter where you could eat. The sofa converted to a bed. The bathroom was clean and sufficient. It is an apartment building so there is no reception staff. The lobby has some stairs BEFORE you get to the elevator. Not a big deal, but be aware. There is free laundry in the basement area and soap was supplied. In the dryer make sure the water tank is emptied so your clothes dry. The water tank is in the top left compartment (where you'd put soap if it was a washer). There is no exhaust so the dryer steam collects there, ultimately cooling to water. There are many restaurants/bodegas/bakeries nearby. Attached is a gelato shop. We did have 2 small bugs in our bed. Not bed bugs, but annoying. Notified our contact and the room was cleaned again. SMALL storage in the lobby for luggage if needed. However, it is unmanned/unsecured. We used it. Would stay again.

The place is the middle of the city. Most of attractions are near and in a walking distance. The owner is very friendly and flexible. The staff is also very nice. When arrived a little earlier than check in time, and she let us checked in.

Marina was very helpful prior and on our trip to Athens. She suggested downloading apps to our tours and transportation and provided instructions on how to enter the apartment. She also graciously booked a roundtrip transport for us. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in an hour early. Shops and dining options are accessible within 20 minute walk. The Acropolis and Parthenon are about 25 minutes walk. I recommend walking as traffic can sometimes cause a delay. Everything on our trip went seamless. The only drawback is the bathroom and the water heater. There’s no room to put our toiletries and the water heater stays on about 15-20 mins which is not ideal for a family of three with a toddler around. I would still recommend this apartment because of the exceptional service of the owner and staff.

Very nice and comfortable accommodations, modern and looks new and maintained well. Marina was very helpful and responsive with earlier check in. Location and food options are great. Good coffee shop and some food snacks right at building. Will stay again.

Perfect location and price
The apartment is in a perfect location to explore Athens on foot. Great cafes/bars/treats near by and the amenities are spectacular, especially for the price. Marina is extremely helpful and responsive for whatever you may need. The laundry, gym, airport transfer and luggage storage were extremely beneficial for us and we will absolutely stay here when we return!

One man in Athens...
Location and presentation of the apartment was great, has all you require for a few nights trip, although the balcony on offer was internal, not the most pleasant. Also issue with leaking water above cupboard on arrival and preparing for a shower. Was mentioned to Marina upon arrival.
