Took a long time to check in. Parking was extra-$14 a night! It was Christmas so she did only charge us $5. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, but went to take a shower and there was NO HOT WATER.! Still no hot water the next morning. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed unless locked. Bad thing was it wouldn’t unlock when you wanted to come out. This happened twice in one night.

Our stay was fine, the staff was professional. The shower was not as clean as it should’ve been but it was ok. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. It would also be good for front desk staff to provide info about navigating the hotel. It is confusing to know which floor to go to from the parking deck to get to your room. We spent a lot of time guessing and figuring out how to get to the registration desk and then to our rooms.

Breakfast buffet was the nicest I’ve seen for a chain hotel. Lots of fresh cut fruit! Room was freezing all the time. We were on the top floor and I had to sleep in my parka. Friends on other floors didn’t have that issue. The hallways also had air conditioning blasting in winter so I think it was a problem with the 9th floor. Room had a lot of space but needed more place to put luggage so you didn’t have to open it on the floor. Hot water took 10 mins to reach our shower. People were very loud and inconsiderate/drunk at all hours of the night in the hallways. I think we were just unlucky with our rom location as our friends didn’t experience any of the sesame issues.

Stayed here for game day weekend and loved it! Close to the stadium, right in downtown, convenient parking, pleasant staff, and the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! It’s a full buffet with bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, French toast, sausage gravy, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins and so much more. I was truly blown away!
