I received stellar service from all staff, especially Lefteris, Eugénia, and Chris. Lefteris was particularly helpful with information and arranging take out breakfasts for 3 days of my 7 day stay. I had early tours and an early departure flight. Thank you!

My family and I just returned from our stay at Ilisia Hotel in Athens. This is the second time that we stay in this hotel as we were looking for a beautiful, clean hotel with personable, genuinely friendly staff and this is exactly what we enjoyed throughout our stay there!! Everything from the reception staff to the breakfast and cleaning staff were always ready to help, discreet and smiley which made our stay even more special!! It is a very sweet hotel and we were happy to know that they are expanding themselves as we speak to built apartments for guests! We would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone for everything they did for us and wish them a very happy and prosperous new year!!! We look forward to coming again in the summer!! Nice, clean, ok breakfast, great fresh orange juice, free minibar with beer and soda. The bathrooms on the upper floor need renovation, the showers are very small (bathroom on the first floor was completely new and great, but my colleagues weren't that lucky).

Nice hotel, got my upgrade without asking. Only 30 minutes from the airport. Good selection at breakfast. Only real minor complaint is that there is only 1 lift which was slow.

Hotel is well located and staff are friendly and helpful however the property and furniture is quite dated, breakfast options are limited and the hotel definitely needs an uplift. Room amenities especially toiletries were subpar.

Always happy to stay at the Ilisia Hotel
Friendly greeting. Clear information on facilities. Nice room for overnight stay. Breakfast, perhaps less choice than some hotels, but for me a good range of cooked food, fresh fruit, yoghurt and breads. Friendly and efficient check out. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

The hotel and staff are very nice and in a great location but the room could have been in better shape. The shower head was broke and the bathroom lighting could have been better. There was some type of motor outside the room that constantly turned on and was loud. Very annoying and difficult to get to sleep!

It was very convenient to a place I was working in Kolonaki. Also very close to a Metro station and various bus stops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant, good bed, useful desk, refrigerator fortunately not stuffed with over-priced food and drink. Nice breakfast. The only problem I noticed was that the room was too hot, and the air conditioning put out hot air. This may be a seasonal problem. It is very warm in Athens for this time of year, and the HVAC may be set only for heat. I kept the balcony door open whenever I was in the room to cool it off.
